Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. Our soaps are eco-friendly and biodegradable (though we never discharge our soaps into storm drains). Plus, we conserve energy by using LED lights throughout our car wash. I just recommend if you come as often as I do to invest in your own dry towels because of other people using them to clean dirt off the inside of their cars, it will keep you from scratching your car.

- CGC GAug 1, 20261.0Impossible to Cancel Membership I signed up for a membership, but unfortunately the location is too far from my home to be practical, so I decided to cancel. When I contacted customer service, I was told they could not cancel my membership because I couldn’t verify the last four digits of the credit card I originally used. I no longer have that card and don’t know those digits. I asked if there was any other way to verify my identity or cancel the account, and they said there wasn’t. As a result, I’m now being charged for a service I cannot use, despite making a good-faith effort to cancel. This is an unreasonable and unacceptable policy. There should always be an alternative way to verify an account and cancel a membership. If this is not resolved and I am not refunded for any charges incurred after my cancellation request, I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other appropriate consumer protection agencies. Poor customer service and an inflexible cancellation process have turned what should have been a simple request into a frustrating experience.

Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.

No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.

If you're not fully satisfied, we’ll rewash your car immediately. And if it rains after your visit, return within 48 hours for a free rewash. And if you have an unlimited wash plan, you can always come back for another wash anytime.
