  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash and, more importantly, with the way my vehicle damage claim has been handled. I brought my 2019 Lexus LS 500 F Sport to this location for a car wash on 07/18/2026, 2:00pm ~ 2:30pm One important point I want to clarify is that the “before” photograph(purple line on the pic, provide by car wash) I am referring to was NOT a photograph I took myself. The photograph was taken by the car wash inside the wash tunnel/CCTV system during the wash process, and the car wash provided that photograph to me after I reported the damage. Therefore, the company itself has photographic documentation showing the condition of my vehicle before it completed the wash. Immediately after the wash, I inspected my vehicle and discovered damage to the front bumper area(see pic / yellow line /red arrow) and front rim(drvier side). I immediately reported the damage to an employee, and the employee personally inspected the vehicle and took photographs of the damage at that time. When comparing the car wash’s own “before” photograph with the photographs taken after the wash, there is a noticeable difference in the condition of the front bumper area. The damaged bumper area is directly in front of the front wheel. There is also a deep and significant scrape on the front wheel/rim in the same general area. Given the location and severity of the rim damage(see pic), I believe it is reasonable and necessary to investigate whether the same contact, equipment, or obstruction during the wash could have caused the corresponding bumper damage. I provided this evidence to the car wash and asked them to properly investigate the incident, including speaking with the employee who inspected and photographed my vehicle immediately after the wash. Unfortunately, instead of conducting a meaningful investigation, the company has continued to deny responsibility, stating that nothing in their wash could have caused the bumper damage. That response is extremely frustrating because the issue was reported immediately after the wash, the car wash itself has a photograph documenting the vehicle during the wash process, an employee photographed the damage immediately afterward, and I have a professional repair estimate totaling $1,627 for the wheel and front bumper repairs. I even offered a reasonable 50/50 settlement to resolve the matter without further escalation. I offered to pay 50% of the repair cost and asked the car wash to cover the remaining $813.50. Despite this reasonable proposal, they continue to deny responsibility. At this point, my concern is not only the repair cost. It is the lack of meaningful investigation and the way the company has handled a legitimate customer damage claim. I have retained the original photographs, including the photograph provided by the car wash, the post-wash damage photographs, the repair estimate, and all communications regarding this matter. I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. If you use this car wash, I strongly recommend carefully documenting your vehicle before and immediately after the wash and inspecting the vehicle before leaving the property. I hope management will reconsider its position and conduct a proper investigation based on the actual evidence rather than simply denying responsibility.
