i got the promotion that they have for the ceramic membership, it was 19.99 for the first month! the staff here is so nice and the towels were nice and moist!

I’ve been to several automatic car washes, and this location has, in my experience, left more scratches on my vehicle’s paint than most others.
My biggest issue, however, was that my vehicle’s undercarriage splash guard was damaged during a visit. I was guided by the employee directing cars into the wash, and following those directions resulted in damage to the splash guard.
I immediately filed an incident report and was told the manager would contact me within a couple of days. To this day, I have never received a call. I even returned to the location multiple times and spoke with the same employee who helped file the report, and he was surprised that the manager had still not reached out.
In the end, I had to pay to replace the undercarriage splash guard myself. The lack of follow-up and customer service after the incident was extremely disappointing. While accidents can happen, failing to communicate with a customer or address the situation is unacceptable.

I got the service $19.99 after some time I called and went to office in person to cancel the service but lady say she can not do that because that’s not under there policy. They can only put on hold but customer cannot leave the subscription. Then she put my service on hold till August 2026.After sometime I noticed they charge my account $44.95 for each month. I went there office and request them I need a refund back but the manager josh he was so rude with me and doesn’t listen me just tell me he will not do any refund.I request like $44.95 a month who pay for basic car wash and he Saadi he don’t care about it it’s company policy . So I am awaring to everyone be careful before get there plans. They cheat to customers and after a time they over charged.They did not listen to customer . They only shows different and do different.there was no option for zero star other than I was give that.

Got a failed charge, card was frozen.
Tried to cancel online, couldn’t find membership associated with my account.
Charged days later, haven’t used it in weeks.
Called customer care and got the runaround, typical, didn’t speak to a human until 2 transfers in.
“Due to it being a late charge we do not issue refunds” straight from a script.
I am not even mad at the lady on the other side of the line. It’s just business but incredibly impersonal.
So yeah I’d call these guys some quack heads for sure. Probably better off washing your car at home unless you have $40 burning a hole in your pocket.
Do not get me wrong they do the car wash services well I just think customer service felt gross.
