Eco-friendly water recycling technology
Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. Our soaps are eco-friendly and biodegradable (though we never discharge our soaps into storm drains). Plus, we conserve energy by using LED lights throughout our car wash. We’re a Green Certified Car Wash and proud of it.

However, customers also have the right to choose whether they want to do business under those conditions. I normally use Blue Wave Express and had never stopped at your car wash before. This time, I was on my way to the airport and decided to stop in. When I went to the cashier to pay with my card, I was told that my license plate number had to be entered into a tablet. I explained that I am not a member and that I did not want my vehicle information entered into or stored in your database. I have no issue with security cameras—Blue Wave Express also uses cameras for legitimate security purposes. My concern was specifically about having my license plate information collected and associated with your customer database when I am simply making a one-time purchase. The employee told me firmly that it was company policy. I respect the fact that it is your policy, but I also have the right to decline and take my business elsewhere. That is exactly what I did. There are many other car washes in the area, so I simply chose another one. A company can establish its policies, but customers are equally free to decide whether those policies are acceptable to them. In this case, your policy cost you a customer not because I refused to pay, but because I was not comfortable with the information-collection requirement.

I told her I’ve came several times and they never gave me an issue and all of a sudden today it’s an issue. She proceeded to charge me full price even though the back of my truck wasn’t being washed. This is a rip off and if those are the rules they should be posted. I’m very unhappy with the service plus the price of the wash I paid.

Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.
Will the car wash damage my vehicle?
No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
