  I tried the Quick Quack Car Wash at 11212 Monroe Rd, Houston, TX 77075 because they were offering a free car wash for one day, and honestly, it was a complete waste of time. The wash was horrible. It felt like they barely did anything besides spray water on my car. I did not see or feel any real soap being used, and my car came out looking dirtier than when I went in. I had to wipe off all the water residue myself afterward, and now I still have to go pay for another proper car wash somewhere else. What’s even more frustrating is the possibility of scratches or damage from running a car through a wash that didn’t seem to use enough soap or cleaning solution. A car wash should leave your car cleaner, not worse. Free or not, this was a terrible experience. I wasted my time, my car came out dirtier, and I would NOT recommend this location.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick Quack Car Wash in Houston, Texas really impressed me! Being a newer location, everything was organized, quick, and ran very smoothly. My car came out looking spotless, super glossy, and it even had that clean, fresh scent that makes it feel like you just drove off the lot. I also want to shout out Zachary for his amazing customer service. He was polite, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed without any confusion. He really made the whole experience better with how helpful and professional he was. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Great service, great results, and a fresh clean finish every time!

  I’m writing this because I genuinely loved Quick Quack at first. My first experience at the Monroe location was excellent. The staff was friendly, the wash was convenient, and I recommended Quick Quack to family and friends because I thought it was a great place. Unfortunately, everything changed after my truck was damaged while going through the wash. My 2023 truck entered the wash without any issues, and I didn’t realize anything had happened until afterward, when I discovered that parts had been broken. I immediately returned to the location, and the damaged piece was still inside the wash equipment. I filed a damage claim expecting the company to investigate the incident fairly. Instead, my claim was denied. I also asked to review the video footage, but I was told I had to contact corporate. After contacting corporate, I received no real assistance, no meaningful investigation, and no resolution. Every person I spoke with simply repeated that my claim had been denied. To make matters worse, I also requested a refund for my membership because I no longer felt comfortable taking my vehicle through their wash after what happened. That request was also denied because they said I had signed up under a promotional offer. So not only was my vehicle damaged, but I was also expected to continue paying for a service I no longer trusted. The most disappointing part wasn’t just the damage—it was how I was treated afterward. I wasn’t looking for excuses. I was looking for accountability and customer service. Instead, I felt dismissed at every step, from the local location to corporate. I went from enthusiastically recommending Quick Quack to warning people to think twice. A company truly shows its values when something goes wrong, and unfortunately, this experience showed me that customer satisfaction comes second when there’s a claim involved.

  Thank you for your response, but I respectfully disagree. If your equipment removes parts from a vehicle during a normal wash, that is the responsibility of the car wash—not the customer. A vehicle being more than five years old does not automatically make it defective or justify denying every damage claim. The bigger issue is transparency. Your employees do not ask customers to read or acknowledge this specific policy—they simply direct them where to sign. Most customers have no idea that, according to your policy, they are essentially waiving any meaningful protection if their vehicle is over five years old. If you truly stand behind this policy, customers should be verbally informed before entering the wash so they can decide whether to proceed. Denying claims based solely on a vehicle's age, regardless of whether your equipment caused the damage, does a disservice to your customers and shifts all responsibility away from the business. That's not the level of accountability or customer service people expect when paying for your service. I hope Quick Quack reconsiders this policy and treats customers more fairly.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. My side mirror was in perfect condition before entering the wash. After I exited, I discovered that my mirror cap had been ripped off. I immediately reported the damage, and the management conducted an investigation. They ultimately concluded that they were not responsible. From my perspective, my mirror was fine before entering the wash, and I left with damage that wasn’t there before. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was told they weren’t responsible, leaving me to pay for the repairs myself. That was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this car wash. If your vehicle is damaged, don’t expect them to take responsibility or help cover the repairs. I won’t be returning, and I recommend inspecting your vehicle carefully before and after using their wash.
