  The service department has been extremely disappointing over the last few months. Their level of service and communication has gone downhill significantly. I have dropped trucks off for maintenance or repairs, only to come back two days later and find out that nothing was actually done. You then have to keep going back to the service counter and repeatedly explain that the issue still hasn’t been addressed. It is incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. The receptionist at the service counter also needs to improve her attitude and customer service. She acts as if she is working at a high-level bureaucratic office, but in reality, she is not helping customers get their problems resolved. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase the service department just to get basic information or action taken on their trucks. Recently, I dropped off my truck because it was running at a high temperature. After keeping the truck for two days, I was told that everything was checked and that the truck was good to go. However, shortly after picking it up, I had to make a service call for the exact same high-temperature issue I originally brought the truck in for. This is unacceptable. If a truck is kept for two days for a specific problem, the expectation is that the problem will actually be diagnosed and properly repaired—not simply handed back to the driver with a “everything is good” response. The service department needs to take these issues seriously. Customers and drivers depend on these trucks to do their jobs, and wasting days without actually fixing the problem is unacceptable. The department needs better communication, accountability, and most importantly, technicians who actually address the problems instead of pushing trucks back out the door.

  The fuel Island tech that serviced my truck was a gentleman when he greeted me!👍 His attention to my truck was excellent!👍 I will definitely stop at Penske, east Airtex Dr., when I'm again in Houston. David/RIS,Arlington. Cheers to the Penske employee.

  Trina in truck services is not helpful, extremely rude and has very poor customer service. I thought it was me, but after relaying my frustration with the level of service I experienced to a coworker, they said the same thing. Normally I rent from you all with my personal affairs but after the many negative experiences with Trina I will be taking my business elsewhere and will encourage my job to do so as well.
