  This place carries the name "ocean" in its name. Let me be clear. The amount of water they use to wash your vehicle wouldn't fill up a 16 oz glass. So I've officially been here 3 times and I can verify that they are 100% consistent in what I consider one of the worse car wash experiences in the Cypress\Copperfield area. The service is great and the people there are friendly. But that mechanism they call a car wash is only a big long soap dispensery. They do provide towels to dry your car but it's like playing a game of where is waldo. I'm not a fan of the layout as to park and dry your vehicle, especially if you have a large vehicle, gets kinda tight. Speaking of tight. Entering to pay is like driving down a long narrow concrete alley. Marks of people hitting it are visible. And then that turn to the pay booth, especially in a large vehicle like a truck, is like playing jenga while drinking. My advice to management on that waterless carwash... Hawk Tuah and Prosper

  Took my car here to get bugs off my windshield and front bumper from a drive the night before. Although the prep guys with brushes scrubbed the bugs, I ran my car through the wash 3 TIMES (including 1 time on their Best wash) and still had many black bug splats! I had to basically hand-wash my car with detail rags and the spray bottle to get the rest of the bugs off. I give the prep guys a B for effort, but the cleaning products get an F. If you have anything more than light surface dirt on your car, this wash won't get your car clean!

  I was super happy w the service in this place. One day they couldn't charge me because I changed my card. Well the person who was working in the place cancel my membership and then wanted to open a new one charging me a new membership fee.
