  Tommy did a great job and was so personable!! He didn’t have the right parts and had to go get them which took an additional hour. He insisted that he get the job done rather than come back a different day - even though it was after 7pm.

  I had requested all the rotors and brakes be replaced because I was hearing grinding noise. My technician Edgar checked everything out and determined it was my right tire assembly that needed to be replaced and that my brakes were fine. Saved me a good deal of money.

  I have used NuBrakes for a few of my fleet trucks and I must say the process and service are always exceptional and quality. I have had pads replaced, rotors replaced, fluids changed etc. Tommy is an amazing technician and I hope he is compensated well, the amount of value and expertise he brings into this company is extremely important and hard to find. I haven’t found a service expert I’d trust more than him, as long as he’s at this company I’ll keep bringing my business back to y’all.
