  Mr. Montrell was incredibly patient and kind when I got a flat tire on the way to my graduation. He worked so hard to tried to help and find quick solutions to get me to my graduation on time. If you ever go to NTB exiting the Fort Bend Freeway, Mr. Montrell is the manager and the man! He will do everything you can to help and get you on your way! Thank you Mr. Montrell!

  This is my 3rd time coming to NTB at Sam Houston Parkway, and two of those times I was helped by Brenton. He is the most professional, swiftly helpful, and a very kind person. He made both times a smooth experience, compared to any other tire centers I have been to, I will continue to be a client of NTB because of how well the customer service Brenton has provided for my family and I. I am so thankful as to how helpful he was and including the staff working on my vehicle, they left my tire lock back where I had it, and also put my spare tire back in the my trunk. I am so grateful for this smooth and fast service! Thank you

  The Houston location at 7474 S Sam Houston Pkwy has been in the past a nice place for service needs. However after getting some work done on my car I was left disappointed with the leadership of the store. The manager on site was dismissive to the customers time and seemingly unaware that time management is key to return business. I witnessed his less than professional approach to the men working g to get cars repaired. He stopped my car from being returned to me after it was repaired. On two separate occasions he seemingly was lecturing the men with animated face and body gestures all within the sight of the customers. Couldn’t hear what was said but there was no magic needed to see a kind of bullying was being good implemented. Skills for management must have confidence to respect those working under the leadership given to them. Not one but twice I’ve seen him hold up work by having an animated talk with the men. Waving hands, leaning and gesturing his face left no doubt he was giving what he must have determined was needed talk. However lecturing during business hours stops the positive vibes between workers and customers which isn’t good for business. Good leadership knows about time management, great management knows how to us it and does use it. This manager, Mr. Moore has a great deal more to learn.

  I had a really positive experience with Brent at NBC. I came in for an oil change, and from the very beginning, the process was smooth and easy. Calling ahead and coming into the shop was a breeze, and Brent was very respectful and clear when he explained the total to me. What stood out the most to me was his kindness and professionalism. I was having a really emotional moment and was actually crying, but he didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. He remained calm, respectful, and still made sure I was taken care of. That level of customer service really meant a lot to me. Overall, Brent provided excellent service, and I truly appreciate how he handled everything with care and respect. I would definitely recommend him to others.

  I had a great experience at this location. The staff was incredibly professional, and the waiting environment was nice and quiet, which made the stay very comfortable. I did feel a bit misled by the website regarding some information, but Brent stepped in and made sure to rectify the situation immediately. His customer service was truly top-notch. Because of his help, I am definitely coming back to this shop and will be recommending this specific location to all my friends and family!
