To all that would read these comments: Please beware of this place. I arrived at this location on 5-2-2026 at approximately 9:00am due to the fact, that I heard a noise coming from the left side of my 2023 Nissan as I was driving it on a some pavement.
I told the young man at the desk when I arrived that I believed that I might have a flat tire. So, we walked outside, so he could check the tire pressures according to the manufacturer's specifications and at that point he told me that he would have someone look at it and diagnose the problem. I sat in the customer service area for approximately fifteen minutes, and the same guy that checked me in came over to where I was to tell me that they had diagnosed the problems. First of all, he told me that the drivers side front tire had a nail in it and they were unable to repair it plus there were small worn out bearings in the tire rims that were causing the "tapping" sound that I was hearing as I drove the vehicle. I bought my vehicle in the middle of 2024 and I had all four of the tires replace at this location in January of 2025. I purchased a road hazard warranty on the tires at time.
And for all you nay-sayers that would respond to this review, I know that a lot of time elapsed from the time I bought the tires until now. So, I asked the guy that checked me in, if the road hazard warranty that I purchased with the tires at the time would cover the cost of the tire that they could not fix, at first he told me yes, and then he said no due to the tread wear on the tires.
So, I was offered a new tire, at a meager discount but that was not the major problem. I asked the same guy if I could get the other three tires rotated and balanced and he told me yes, but it would cost me 30-dollars due to the tread-wear on the tires, I was shocked, that tires that I had bought from this location previously would want to charge me 30-dollars, to balance and rotate tires that is usually done for free over the life of the tire. I declined that part of the service, so they put the new tire on and I paid for the new tire and left the store, as I was driving home, I could here the same noise coming from the tire that I was hearing before, I drove over to this location. I got home, and I was really frustrated. so I called my mechanic, and he suggested that I make an appointment with "Discount Tire" and let them look at the vehicle. So, I scheduled the appointment with "Discount Tire" which is down the street from this location just on opposite sides of the freeway. My experience at Discount Tire, was very different from my experience at NTB, first of all they drove the vehicle around the parking lot and was able to diagnose the problem.
The same tire that NTB said they could not fix which had a nail in it was still on the car, they had just rotated it from the front of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle, on the driver's side. I noticed the nail was still in the tire, as I was getting in my vehicle, to drive over to Discount Tire. The good guys over at Discount Tire was able to repair the tire that had the nail in it and they balanced and rotated the remaining tires for "free", that is including the new tire, that I did not need to purchase to begin with from NTB. My experience at this NTB location can be summed up as a live and learn type situation. I will never ever, come here again. I was deceived into buy a tire that I did not need and the customer service was abysmal. The young that checked me in had a very docile personality and was very uncomfortable as he lied to me about the diagnoses on my vehicle. If you are reading this review and I do not care whether you like to or not just be very cautious in going to this NTB it could cost you more that you bargained for.
