  Excellent and professional service. Two tires were repaired. I was warned that if a nut was loosened on the front wheel, what the nut was attached to would likely break off due to another prior service station having overtightened the nut. I was told about the extra and reasonable price up front and ok'd the service.

  Dr. Dray was extremely professional, helpful, and honest throughout the whole experience. He made sure I understood what was going on with my car. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His partner Chris was very helpful as well. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this tire shop to others.

  I’m new to the area so this was my first time here. I’m so glad I came here. Dr. Dray and little T were very quick to greet and help even though I didn’t have an appointment. Dray went over everything that needed to be fixed and made sure I understood what they were doing. My car was not in good shape but he made sure my car was up and running and then some! I HIGHLY recommend bringing your car in. Amazing service and great hospitality. This will be the new home for my car if I ever need something done!!

  I was sitting in line at take 5 when I called NTB to see about a tire rotation. Dre answered the phone with such a warm and delightful energy. He told me he could do a tire rotation and my oil change so I wouldn’t need to go to two different places. When I got here he was extremely professional and polite. Terrance was the one who took my car in to do the service and was just as warm and positive. Everyone is so nice here. I will definitely be back. No more Take 5 for me.

  In the very beginning, a person named Brandon was helping me out. And had a negative attitude. And I was on the verge of leaving, but alex came out of nowhere and save the day with this positive mindset and explained everything thoroughly.What I needed.I'm so glad he came out,Cause I was about to leave to a different store. Alex is the man you need to contact.If you want positive service!!!
