  I had an excellent experience returning my rental car today, thanks to Erin Aranza. From the moment I arrived, Erin was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She made the entire return process quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. Erin took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and ensured I understood the final charges before completing the transaction. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made what is usually a routine process a pleasant experience.   I've been renting almost exclusively from National for about 3 years. A colleague told me about picking your own car, as a tall guy I love that. I have never had a bad experience with National, and I've rented in Houston, New Orleans, LA, Ontario, Edmonton, Atlanta, Denver, Amsterdam, and a few other places. I rented from another company recently because I forgot to book and National was out of cars, what a difference the other company made.....and not in a good way.

  Arely Alaniz with National and Marcus Williams with Alamo were the perfect team. I arrived at 10:30pm and was greeted with a warm welcome and a quick, efficient process. By the time Arely checked me out, Marcus had already pulled up the car! That's what I call a team! The customer service was very professional, and it has been one of the best I have received from a car rental company in MONTHS! Highly recommend this location and hats off to these employees.

  James, our shuttle driver with National Car Rental at Houston Hobby Airport, was outstanding. From the moment we boarded the bus, he was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He kept everyone smiling with his sense of humor while remaining professional and attentive throughout the ride. After a long trip, it was especially appreciated that James jumped in to help lift and handle luggage. That small act of service was a real relief at the end of a tiring travel day and showed how much he cares about taking care of his passengers. Travel days can be stressful, but James made the experience easy and enjoyable. His positive attitude, courtesy, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on us.
