  I rented a vehicle in houston to return in a different state. The car was neat and clean when I rented it. During my travels I noted the air conditioning was not working properly. Upon return I informed the manager who genuinely seemed concerned and offered to “Make it right!” I was so shocked at the wonderful customer experience I left my purses behind 🫢. I called the 800 and rushed back hoping and praying my purse had not been stolen. When I frantically arrived back the same man/manager remember me and said “Wait right here!” He drove around found the car and returned my purse UNTOUCHED. 😍. I canNOT say how impressed with National I am at this point. Sadly Much of the customer service kindness and respect have gone by the wayside or been replaced with AI. Thank you National for the excellent experience!

  Ich bin vollkommen und absolut zufrieden mit diesem Mietwagen Unternehmen ich kann es somit vollständig empfehlen!. Organisiert wurde das über unsere Service Einsatz Abteilung alles hat geklappt! Direkt Kontakt mit Der Vermietung in Huston am Flughafen war absolut erfrischend und sehr freundlich und Kunden orientiert!. Deshalb auch volle 5 Sterne ⭐️ für National Car Rental!. Top 👍🏻

  The car I reserved was not available and I had to wait two hours. However the Nick Abraham at the counter was super kind and generous his time. When the car finally came in it was smaller than what I needed but he asked me if I could make it work and we talked it out and I figured I could do it. Then Apple CarPlay wouldn’t work and he sat with the me and reset the radio and it worked. If it were not for Nick and the other team members there at the National center this would be 0 stars but they made the difference.

  I give this place five stars because of their head Manager Joshua, No doubt about it he is the reason for having a good staff over there that works hard to accommodate people and having almost a perfect five stars on Google, which is really hard. He recognized my status with national rental And that My job and size requires a certain kind of vehicle. Thank you again, Josh. I hope this review reaches the people that should know about your performance and customer service skills. Cheers

  Way to go Dary! From the moment we drove up to the time we checked out he provided excellent customer service. We rented a Nissan Rogue that was so very comfortable during our trip and he suggested the next time we rent a car from National to look at at Hyundai Palisade for more room extra comfort. Dary made our afternoon, returning from a very long trip from Dallas- it was great seeing his smile and extra attentiveness to assure we had a great trip with our rental. Thank you Dary!!
