  Positives - Ease of getting to the cars. Signs at the rental location were clear and easy to follow to get to the appropriate cars. Checking the car back in was easy and quick. The only negative was the lack of selection of cars. I am a larger man and the car I ended up with seemed more like a mid sized. There were only 3 vehicle options when I arrived.

  Great experience with National at IAH. When I arrived they were out of cars on the lot, but instead of leaving me waiting, the staff asked what type of car I needed and went and found one for me. They handled it quickly and were professional and friendly the whole time. That's the kind of service that keeps me coming back. National at IAH has always taken care of me, and this trip was no different. Highly recommend.

  Had a great experience with National/Executive Aisle at IAH. Plenty of cars to choose from - found an almost-new Mazda CX5 in the first spot. At checkout, Travis was super-friendly and helpful and at return, Kristen made everything simple, even going so far as to disconnect the battery cable to make sure our phone data was erased. I have president's circle at their competitor but I think I'll be using National more. Hopefully it wasn't just a one-off experience but we'll see.

  I rent very regularly from National because of their great customer service and choice of vehicles. I was especially impressed by the IAH Houston facility. Their staff went above and beyond to make sure I got a vehicle that worked for me and their follow up to make sure everything was going according to plan was excellent. I will continue to rent from National and next time I am at the IAH facility, I will seek out Jackie, and manager Ty, to personally thank them for their outstanding customer service.

  National absolutely earned my business. I had originally booked with another rental company, but when I arrived in Houston, they turned me away and left me scrambling for a car. I went to National instead, and the difference in experience was immediate. Dyonne Chung at the front desk was fantastic. She was warm, efficient, and made the entire process incredibly easy. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth or hassle, just genuinely great customer service and one of the smoothest rental experiences I’ve ever had. The car was newer, extremely clean, and in excellent condition. It drove perfectly for the few days I was in Houston, and somehow National ended up being slightly cheaper than the company I had originally booked with. When you’re renting a car, especially while traveling, you want the process to be simple: a clean, reliable vehicle, transparent pricing, and people who can actually help you when something goes wrong. National delivered on all three. I won’t waste time shopping around next time. National will be my first choice.
