  Great service I’ve been working with Magdalena at Mitierra for a while now she worked with me on my first vehicle and am now on my second vehicle. Magdalena has always been a great help and very understanding and flexible with payments when life throws a curve ball, the only thing she asks for is communication. All and all great place to grab a vehicle

  Magdalena is my account person that’s over my vehicle payments and she’s awesome when I needed an extension on my car note because life happens and when you in good standing on your payments she will help you out with no problem and I thank her so much for that

  They are great finding a vehicle with them was a smooth process. My account manager Magdalena is so sweet she helps me with any concerns or issues I have she has a postive attitude and make it easy to talk to her. Keep up the good work.

  Thanks to Magdalena for helping me throughout my car payment process. If I need an extension or something because life happens she helps me out. She is a little spicy sometimes but once she knows that you make your payments when you say you will she will take care of you.

  Absolutely horrible. If I could rate them a 0 I would. So it all starts when I see an ad for a car on Facebook marketplace. I’m interested in the vehicle so I find out more information about the dealership and even give them a call. The receptionist transfers me to a salesman by the name of “Luis”, he comes off as very nice and understanding regarding my situation. He even claims to send me a personalized video of the vehicle if I give him my phone number. I was very intrigued by the idea of getting to see the car before my appointment so I did, however it was never sent to me. Which I found odd but I simply looked past it. Luis remained in contact with me all the way up until the point I arrived which made me suppress my doubt. Upon arrival my father in law was looking around trying to see if we could find the car to see if it was worth the drive because they also refuse to give you a price estimate over the phone. We see no sign of the car but just assume maybe it is parked somewhere out of our viewpoint. Luis greets us and informs us the car I set up an appointment to go see and potentially buy was sold the day before. I have never been more disappointed in my life with such poor customer service. An honest text before driving nearly 40 minutes stating “oh the car was sold, would you like to come see any other cars?” could have prevented so much. Do not make business with this dealership if you are nowhere near it. They make you believe the car you want is available even if it is not. What a sorry experience, DO BETTER.
