  If I could give zero stars I would. Beware, these people are SCAMMERS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Please do not. They will say ok you need XY and Z, no diagnostics done just guess work. No paperwork provided with diagnostic trouble codes, nothing. You're not the professional so you trust they know what they're doing.Then when they discover oops that wasn't the right fix, that's where the grift comes in and they will tell you well we fixed the issue you came in with. When you say can you please show proof of the original issue they refuse to show any proof whatsoever, even saying and I quote, 'I don't have to show you anything'. or 'You agreed to the work'. Who's the professional mechanic me or you? You were paid $350 for your expertise, my sister is not a mechanic. Started with 2 trouble codes and left with 8. Returned to the shop immediately because the car was in limp mode and they just took another code reading and said 'We didn't do that'. These people are NOT honest by any means. You may ask well where's the warrranty? There was one, 'allegedly' which is also a joke. 3 days out from the work and they refuse to honor a 90 day warranty. Are you serious?? I repeat, please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT do business with these scamming, untrustworthy people. ALSO, check out the reviews on Yelp, many others with the same issues.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Medical Center muffler in Houston (77054). Mr. Hakeem, the owner, and his entire team were absolutely wonderful! They performed a thorough inspection of my car and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the issues with my vehicle and the best options available to fix them. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, patience, and willingness to help me understand what my car actually needed. They made me feel comfortable and confident in making the right decisions for my vehicle. A huge thanks to Mr. Hakeem and all his amazing staff for their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Medical Muffler Center to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy automotive professionals. I will definitely be returning for future car services!

  I paid $80 for a four-wheel alignment on my 2009 Honda Odyssey. The alignment was performed, as shown on the before-and-after report. However, only afterward was I told that the front inner and outer tie rods needed to be replaced. Replacing tie rods changes the wheel alignment, so the vehicle must be aligned again after that repair. When I asked whether I could return after replacing the tie rods, I was told that I would have to pay another $80, with no credit for the first alignment. My concern is not that the first alignment was never performed—it was. My concern is that the condition of the tie rods was not identified and clearly explained to me before the alignment was completed. If I had been told beforehand, I would have replaced the tie rods first and then paid for one alignment. Instead, following their recommendation would require me to pay $160 for two alignments within a very short period. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency. The shop should inspect the relevant steering components and inform the customer before completing an alignment that will need to be repeated immediately. I have attached the receipt and alignment report.
