  I am very pleased with this tire shop they are very nice and Kevin helped me out with air n my tire and yes I will b back for my oil change next month

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on South Kirkwood. I brought my Mercedes Sprinter Van in for service after calling several other locations and being told they could not accommodate the vehicle because of its size or because they did not have the proper equipment. Thankfully, this location was able to take care of it. Kevin, who was working the front desk, provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I called before coming in, and he was very thorough, gave me pricing upfront, and patiently answered all of my questions. When I arrived, the great service continued. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The technicians in the back that I spoke with were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend this location, especially to anyone with a larger vehicle who may have had trouble finding a shop that can accommodate it. Thank you, Kevin and the Mavis team, for making the experience easy and pleasant!

  Thank you Sam and Kevin! You figured out the problem in record time and fixed it. You are efficient and kind! We have been here before a few times when Mavis was previously NTB. Customer service is superb! Prices are great! The name has changed but the service remains impeccable! Also, a lot of the same staff stayed on! I recommend Mavis on Kirkwood without hesitation!

  Had to replace my tires last minute and they got the job done faster than I expected. Sam was particularly helpful, I gave him a budget and he offered me the best offer, simple and easy, 10/10 experience, excellent communication, and excellent customer service 👍

  My 18-year-old son went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake job. He walked out with a $1500 bill. He was upsold a service he didn’t need. Then the verbal quote didn’t match what they billed him. Then they said they were going to bill him $200 for the estimate labor *after* they had completed it. He felt pressured to make the $200 cost worth something. They saw a mark and they took advantage of him. I went and spoke to the manager and nothing came of it. I am beyond disappointed in them and discourage anyone who doesn’t know cars from going in. You will be taken advantage of.
