  Sam and Jonath were amazing!! Jonath took his time and helped me get a rental while I was frantic about being without a car. He was super informative and helped me …AS A WOMAN! Normally people will take advantage but he was so helpful and explained everything to me. He even saved the parts for me to see how bad they were. San was patient and very nice as well. They didn’t take advantage and walked me through the entire process of what needed to be done to my vehicle. I’ve been to several different Mavis’s (in different states) and this was the absolute best! I hope your manager sees this and give you a raise. Thank you both tremendously!! I will be back!

  First time here, I had scheduled an appointment an hour before going. They called about 10min before the appointment. I didn’t know where to go so I parked and went inside. I met Bryan and he was very nice, and quick about helping me. I needed four new tires, it took 10 years of waiting but it finally got done. They didn’t try to scam or overcharge me or talk me out of what I wanted which some car places do. I appreciate that a lot. I’ll come back again when I need another tire.

  I’ve been to a couple of different auto shops over the years, and 90% of the time, a service advisor will walk up to your car to greet you and see how they can help. Apparently, at this NTB location, that’s way too much to ask. When I drove up, I was greeted by an employee named Kenny sitting in the corner, casually smoking a cigar. Instead of walking over, he just threw his hands up in the air at me like, "What do you want?" I literally had to ask him if he wanted me to walk up to him just to get his attention. He said yes, because I pulled up directly to his bay. The entire interaction felt incredibly unprofessional. It felt as if my business was a massive inconvenience to Kenny and his cigar break. If you want to feel welcomed or valued as a paying customer, go somewhere else. The customer service here is non-existent. They said 45 minutes that time passed so I left all that for a patch job. Terrible service

  Came here this morning because of a flat tire omw to work. Bryan met me at door and work to make sure my fleet vehicle was part of the group. Very professional and courteous the whole time..efficient and communicated to me the progress of my tires in a timely manner. I would return here as my go to place... Curtis Thompson

  I had to get an oil change bc i have a big road trip 600+ miles and every other place had a 2+ hour wait and the guys at mavis got me in 45 mins. Don’t sleep on mavin. Shout out to Bryan and Ken they helped me out at the front. Also theres a chickfila, wallmart, and an HEB nearby within walking distance.
