  This was the second I came here during a lunch hour to repair a flat. The same manager Bryan was here and took care of me immediately. Both times here my total wait was less than an hour. Fast, professional, clean lobby I would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

  Brian the manger at ntw kirkwood rd location. Got the job done i called him he said come now it take you 30 45 minutes. Believe me it take 30 45 minutes to get it done. 4 wheel alignment. Prefect! Hope the business gets better shop is nice!

  I walked into Mavis confused thinking I was GPS to wrong location Bryan immediately welcomed me and explained NTB being taken over from Mavis. I explained to him I needed 2 tire replacements and he helped me out with a selection that I could afford The process was quick and easy which alleviated the stress I'm under. The rest of the staff are awesome warm and friendly. I recommend anyone to this shop!!!

  Bryan was very informative and helpful. The guys in the shop made sure my alignment was done correctly after another auto shop left my bolts loose. I will definitely keep coming back for my auto maintenance. 10/10

  They wouldn’t even look at my car . I have no knowledge really about cars and was in a emergency, when I drove up I was approached and I immediately was telling the young Spanish man my problem, he then told me that I had to park in the spaces and tell someone else inside what was going on, they weren’t working on any cars so I didn’t understand why I couldn’t get help, why I had to get back in my car , park , go inside to talk to someone else , I showed that it wasn’t a problem, didn’t complain just did what I was told. Walked in the guy was sitting down by the door on the couch seat , I told him I had a dilemma and needed help , he then told me “so you want us to fix a problem we didn’t create” very rudely, I said “no Sir I don’t think it’s a real problem just don’t have the tool to get the nug off, just wanted to see if you could tell me what to do or use your power tool to undo it” he said he didn’t want be a liability if something goes wrong. Didn’t even look at it or anything , that was so frustrating, I was already frustrated feeling defeated and these 3 MEN couldn’t help .
