  WOW!!!... the customer service at this location is quite exceptional. All the staff is so upbeat and polite ESPECIALLY "Terrance" the manager he is AWESOME! I had called to inquire what it would cost to get 4 damaged wheels skins taken off my rims, (which I needed to get off immediately before getting my car detailed that day right down the street) I had called Pep Boys, Firestone and another auto shop in the area and they told me it would cost anywhere from $40- $81 to remove wheelskins because they would have to take all the bolts to remove them, which they literally equated to the labor cost of an alignment! THANK GOD I CALLED "Mavis Tires & Brakes (formerly NTB) ... when Terrance /the Mgr answered the phone, I explained my situation and he IMMEDIATELY said in the most comforting way... "NO PROBLEM, come on in, we'll take care of you!" I arrived 5 minutes later and was greeted by the most pleasant smile and hospitality I've ever experienced at auto mechanic shop. I FELT quite nostalgic, it made me remember what it felt like when I was a child back in the 50"s/ 60"s when the FULL gas station customer service was still a thing... and the attendants where a part of the community and treated just like family. 😁 Back to my point... 😂 Terrance/Mgr quickly explained there was no need to take off the bolts as suggested by the other shops, while another awesome service attendant proceeded to remove the wheel skins by hand in less than 2minutes! AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME ANYTHING. Woo Hoo!!! .... Mavis Tires & Brakes saved me up to $80 dollars that day just by being honest.😇 I sooooo appreciate their honesty, and definitely their exceptional SERVICE and hospitality with a SMILE . 😁 I highly recommend this shop! Will definitely be returning to Mavis Tires & Brakes for all my tire needs!

  Terrance was friendly, great customer service from the time I came in until I left. Great store manager and his team is quick and efficient. Prices are very reasonable! Easy to make an appointment same day or just walk in and still will be able to get service in a timely manner. Definitely will be coming back here

  Honest service is hard to find, and that’s exactly why I’ll be coming back to Mavis Tires & Brakes. I drove in because my tire pressure light was on. The gentleman took the time to check my tires and noticed one was lower than it should have been. Instead of immediately telling me I needed a repair, he said to give him about 30 minutes so he could pull the car in, remove the tire, and inspect it properly. I actually watched him take his time and thoroughly check everything. When he finished, he came back and told me, “Guess what? We couldn’t find a hole.” That alone earned my respect. I’ve been to places where it feels like they’ll find something to charge you for whether you need it or not. Here, it was the complete opposite. There was no attempt to sell me a repair I didn’t need—just honest feedback and genuine customer service. That kind of integrity builds trust. If I ever need tires, brakes, or any other service they provide, Mavis will be the first place I go. They earned a returning customer simply by being honest.

  The manager, Terrance, is a hard working, down to earth and honest guy. He takes the time to listen to you needs, and does his best to get your vehicle taken care of right away. He is very professional and trustworthy. I came here for 4 new tires, and now, whenever I have any issues with my car I bring it to Terrance 1st to diagnose the problem. If he can't figure it out, one of his mechanics can. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!

  My car stuttered when starting so took to auto zone. They said my battery and starter were fine, alternator was bad. So went to The Auto Doc, but he couldn’t fit me in immediately and he recommended Mavis Tires & Brakes. Arrived and mechanic Quincy greeted me so happily. Explained the situation to Nelly and that I had an hour, maybe 90 minutes before I had to leave to catch a flight. They were awesome. Chris checked my car, said it was a battery, not the alternator and Malik immediately started working on it. Manager Terrance checked me out, informative, kind, and helped me fix my car so I wouldn’t come back from my flight at 10pm with a dead battery at the airport. Woot woot!
