  Nelly,Terrance and Malik are all so amazing! They helped me to fix a big problem. I changed my battery in another place, and the battery have a warranty. But today my battery was defective, so I visited that shop first, but they said they couldn’t replace it. That’s why I came to NTB. The three team members helped me fight for the battery warranty, inspected my battery and got it replaced.

  I had my car towed to this NTB location (now Mavis) to have a tired replaced. The replacement tire was not in stock, but was available at another store. It was 4PM and they close at 5:00. I inquired about the time, knowing they were closing an hour, Nellie said they would be open as long as I was there. She left going to pick up the replacement tire from the NTB store in the Galleria area. I had an expectation of everything being done by 6:00. At 5:00 everything was done and i was walking out of the door. Nellie was amazing!

  We needed a tire for our Honda Civic, so I searched for tire shops nearby and came across this place. As soon as we walked in, Terrance greeted us with a friendly attitude. One thing I value most is great customer service, and Terrance truly exceeded our expectations. He listened to what we were looking for, came outside to inspect our car, and explained all of our options without any pressure. We were looking for something affordable, and he helped us find exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for quality tires at a fair price with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this place. Thank you again, Terrance, for making the whole experience easy and stress-free!

  Excellent experience! Chris gave me a great quote over the phone for my tire replacement, and Terrance provided exceptional customer service as soon as I arrived. My tire was replaced in under an hour, and the final price was even lower than quoted, which I truly appreciated. All of the staff on site were friendly, honest, and professional. As a woman seeking car services on my own, finding a shop you can trust isn’t always easy, but this team set the bar high. I’ll definitely be back for any future vehicle needs.   I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service at MTB Tires and Service Centers (Mavis). This past Monday, I went in because I had a nail in my tire and thought it could simply be patched. Unfortunately, because of where the nail was located, I ended up needing a new tire. It was completely understandable, and I appreciated that they took the time to explain everything instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Terrence went above and beyond, as he always does. He checked to make sure my tires were still under warranty, explained my options, and made sure I got the best solution. Every time I come in, he and the entire staff make sure I’m taken care of. He also checks to see if there’s anything else my vehicle needs and keeps me informed without ever being pushy. Another thing I really appreciate is their communication. I’m always in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and if something is going to take longer than expected, they let me know right away and explain why. That level of honesty and respect goes a long way. As a woman, I honestly don’t enjoy going to auto shops. I’ve always worried about being “pink taxed” or being flirted with in a way that feels unprofessional. At MTB/Mavis, I never feel that way. I’m treated with respect, professionalism, and honesty. I feel like a valued customer who’s there to get her car serviced—nothing more, nothing less. That’s exactly how it should be. The atmosphere is professional, but you can also tell the staff enjoys working together, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and reliable service. If you stop by, ask for Terrence. I believe he’s the store manager, and he’s always moving around, helping customers, supporting his team, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I truly appreciate everything he and the staff do, and they’ve earned my trust and my business.
