Excellent customer service! Came in for a brake check and tires and Tony was not only patient, but also extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I was kept up to date on every step of the process and felt comfortable with the work done. 10/10 recommend!
I had my brakes replaced at Mavis Tires and had an excellent experience thanks to Tony. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He made sure the brake job was completed quickly and correctly while answering all of my questions.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires thanks to Tony and his team. Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He helped me with my tires and made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free.
Excellent customer service, honest recommendations, and quality work from start to finish. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and Tony definitely does. I highly recommend Mavis Tires and will continue to return for future service.
These people are like a bad chiropractor. They’ll adjust one thing but then break something enough so you keep coming back.
I had the misfortune of finding this place while getting my annual car inspection. They will try to sell you a bunch of services you don’t need and I fell for it.
The overwhelming majority of their reviewers are for fake AI prompted review of their oil changes
They will act like they’re giving you a deal but then add some random charge to your invoice.
My car was driving fine before I went to them. After they did 3k worth of work on it which included new tires, brakes, and struts, the alignment was pulling sharply to the left. I changed my struts to fix my non-existent alignment problem. The next day, 4 different dashboard lights turned on because an ABS sensor failed.
When I took my car in, they said it was safe to drive. Funny how it wasn’t safe to drive before my sensor broke but it is with all the lights on. My sensor wasn’t broken before they worked on my car, but they said it just broke from wear and charged me $200 to fix it.
I went to get my alignment fixed, but it was still off. When I went a third time, they told me there was damage to my car preventing the alignment from being adjusted. When I asked they said it was to the frame and undercarriage from where I hit someone (I never hit anyone). Then the mechanic said I needed a new control arm and tire rod. Those sound like pretty different things. They ended up doing the work enough though I didn’t want them to, and they charged me for 2 front tire brushes enough though only one control arm was changed. They also added an extra $200 at the end for an alignment and Misc Items. I’m not kidding, they charge for random imaginary bullshit and ring it up as Misc Items.
If you look up the parts you’re quoted, you’ll see that they charge about 3x what you can buy them for on carparts.com. And labor is $165/hr and then there literally just random made up charges.
So the price I paid did not match what I was originally quoted again which is against the Texas law on repair estimates. And now my alignment is off to the right. In total I’ve spent about 4500 here and my car drives much worse than before I brought it in.
I'd encourage anyone who's been ripped off here to report them to the BBB and the Attorney General.

I highly recommend tires and brakes. The manager was so sweet. All the employees were upbeat. Made me feel comfortable while I was waiting two hours went by. I felt like it only been 30 minutes. Upon leaving, I noticed my sensor was on that I was having tire issues which was just done went back and they immediately tried to turn the light off. Let me know that I would need to drive it for 15 minutes and it would reset. The following day the light was still on, so I drove over and they immediately took me in. Luckily there was one stall open, which was just for me lol. A sensor was out and they replaced it at their cost. Is that service or what I recommend made his tire and brakes.
