  I had a great experience at Mavis for my brake job. The service was fast, professional, and the team kept me informed throughout the process. A special thank you to Tony, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire experience stress-free. It's great to see customer service like this. I highly recommend Mavis, and I'll definitely be back for future service!

  Brought my car in because it was making a loud clunking noise over bumps and felt completely unstable. They quickly identified worn out struts and sway bar link. They gave me an upfront quote and finished the job same day. Excellent work!

  My car barely started this morning, so I brought it in for a battery check. They tested it right away, confirmed it was holding a weak charge, and had a new battery installed within 20 minutes.

  Got screwed by Mavis in Sc so I stopped here for help. Wrong decision!!!! They told me the shocks i had installed on Saturday were busted ( Monday not even 48 hours) and I needed leaf springs for 1800.00 . The shocks busting causes damage to the new tire and driver's side rear tire as well. I left there and went to Christian Brothers automotive where they documented my leaf springs were good however wrong shocks installed and wrong air pressure. They was charging me 1800 to cover the repairs they did wrong because leaf springs are 1800.00 each not a pair. Very dangerous and not a trustworthy place. Especially getting stranded 1000 miles from home. Terrible business

  Tony was helpful, came from a different Mavis after getting an alignment, my steering wheel motion became worse. I then came to the one on Highway 6 and Tony assisted me on getting my alignment redone and accurate to it how it should be done, under the warranty given. I’m now satisfied with my alignment after an issue with a different spot.
