Detailed inspection of car while getting new tires would recommend. Shout-out to Keeyan for his patience and thoroughness throughout the entire process, from parking to driving out. He made sure every step was explained clearly!

I've been hearing a noise from my truck. I was told from someone it could be a rock stuck in the caliper. I took to Mavis to get it looked. They didn't find a rock but he said that they would continue to look to find where the noise was coming from. Soon after he found the answer amd it turned out to be the rear differential that we just had changed from another shop. They found the problem told me what to do about the problem since it was another shop's work amd he didn't charge me anything for looking at it. You gotta appreciate when people really help to get to the bottom of and issue. I definitely recommend this place.

While working on the weekend, I had to make a stop due to picking up a nail in one of my tires. Our company shop is closed on Sundays, as well as the other tire shops in the area. Jon and his crew were quick and helpful in getting me back on the road to continue my work day.

The service i received was very professional. Keelon welcomed me like family and helped me get the best deal for me without pushing me to get the most expensive option first. The team at Mavis treated my vehicle with the most respectf i have ever seen with a tire shop ill definitely be coming back to Mavis whenever I need their services.

I called on the phone Mr Jon was very polite…even after making 2 more calls to Mr Joh he was still polite over the phone ,and Mr Jon greeted me as I arrived and informed me on the proper procedure in checking my car in to get my front end alignment… and as I continued to wait on my vehicle service I was able to have a joyous conversation with Mr Jon that was very inspirational in concern of getting my vehicle serviced that made my day … Mr Jon was polite enough to give me a discount and I all most cried … trying to budget is not easy when you have no choice on maintaining your maintenance on your vehicle and the discount Mr Jon give me was very appreciated and I will always come here for any more service I may need on my vehicles … Thank you Mr.Jon for the great overall service and I would like to thank the alignment tech Mr Feddy for doing a wonderful job…
