When I was asked questions like “did we treat you above and beyond” or “were you treated as an individual,” I didn’t think much of it at first. I assumed I was getting the level of service anyone should expect. My experience with Mac Rod changed that. For the first time since coming to the U.S., I felt what real above and beyond service actually means. They treated me like I was their only client. Every question I had was answered clearly, and everything was explained in detail. They walked me through the entire process and kept me updated every week without me having to ask.
