When I was asked questions like “did we treat you above and beyond” or “were you treated as an individual,” I didn’t think much of it at first. I assumed I was getting the level of service anyone should expect. My experience with Mac Rod changed that. For the first time since coming to the U.S., I felt what real above and beyond service actually means. They treated me like I was their only client. Every question I had was answered clearly, and everything was explained in detail. They walked me through the entire process and kept me updated every week without me having to ask. They were always one step ahead. This is how service should be. I’m really glad I found Mac Rod and I will recommend them to my friends and family. I have no doubt they will continue to do well.
