  Mac Rod is first rate reccomended to us through our Genesis dealership for repair that looked minor from the rear of the car but uncovered considerable damage and panel shifting that occurred. They worked with insurance to make sure car was fixed correctly. They also have expensive tools to check camera and sensors to calibrate and make sure they work properly and a super clean and organized shop to get it done. In our case they made sure that all issues were repaired and argued with insurance when they refused to pay and made sure we were alerted to any issues. Yes I would take my luxury car to this shop and I was extremely glad I did.

  These people are thugs!!! Scam scam scam I would NOT recommend this body shop to anyone. Our car was with them for almost TWO MONTHS just for repairs, and the entire experience was extremely frustrating. The customer service was terrible. The staff does not know how to communicate with customers professionally or respectfully. Getting proper updates was difficult, and instead of making an already stressful situation easier, their attitude and lack of communication made it even worse. Waiting nearly two months for our vehicle was unacceptable. When a customer trusts you with their car, they deserve clear communication, professionalism, respect, and reasonable turnaround times. Unfortunately, we experienced none of that here. Based on our experience, I would strongly suggest thinking twice before leaving your vehicle with this shop. I definitely would not bring my car here again.

  I never leave reviews, positive or negative, because I’ve always felt that good service should just be the standard. When I was asked questions like “did we treat you above and beyond” or “were you treated as an individual,” I didn’t think much of it at first. I assumed I was getting the level of service anyone should expect. My experience with Mac Rod changed that. For the first time since coming to the U.S., I felt what real above and beyond service actually means. They treated me like I was their only client. Every question I had was answered clearly, and everything was explained in detail. They walked me through the entire process and kept me updated every week without me having to ask. They were always one step ahead. This is how service should be. I’m really glad I found Mac Rod and I will recommend them to my friends and family. I have no doubt they will continue to do well. Thank you, Mac Rod, for everything.
