The owner was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping me through the entire process. They went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful situation much easier.
The entire staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions. They kept me informed every step of the way with excellent communication, which made me feel comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands.
The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was excellent. To top it all off, they returned my car washed and beautifully detailed—it looked better than when I dropped it off!

I was recommended by a friend of the family and it was a bonus that Lone Star Auto Services was the #1 preferred shop with my insurance.
Mr. Sean was helpful with any questions/concerns I had and even took the time to answer any of my questions after hours.
One issue I had with my car was not covered by my insurance but Mr. Sean went out of his way and did this for me.
The team at Lone Star Auto services went above and beyond — the repairs were done quick (they finished 3 days before promised) and I’m more than happy with the work that was done.

where do i begin, best car service i’ve ever had, tony was very helpful, very quick service! staff is so nice. The back of the left side of my car was very messed up from car accident and they fixed it and made it look brand new. Sean the owner was very nice and makes sures his customers are highly satisfied with their service. This is definitely the spot to come too if you want your car in good hands!

The office manager is very helpful and friendly. Everyone at Lone Star is very helpful and professional. I never have to wait long and have a lot of trust in their work.
