  Ruth and her team are great. A very personable garage to deal with. Any issues that arose the Leeland Garage was more than helpful to correct the issue.

  Absolutely terrible place to park. Do not waste your time and money coming here! They do not have a ticket pull so you have to book through their app which has not worked in months and neither does their QR codes. They recently fined me $102 for after I tried to pay and the payment did not go through on either the app or the QR codes. They also fined me $55 even after I had paid for the day before the cut off time. Do not give your money to this terribly run business!!!!

  Please abandon all hope and do not park here. Pay a premium and park literally anywhere else. I parked in this lot consistently for work for months and genuinely tried to follow the rules. My account history clearly shows that I paid every single day—I was not trying to evade payment in any way. The QR code was almost always faulty, and the app frequently didn’t work on my phone, so I often had to wait until I got to my office to pay using a computer-based web browser. The rule is that if you don’t pay within 15 minutes, you’re fined—but many times it was impossible to pay within that window due to their broken system. I paid every single day, often overpaying. Even though I was in before 9 and out by 6, my payment wouldn’t process until after 9, forcing me to pay the higher rate. I assumed paying for the total time I was parked (and then some) was acceptable. Then, two weeks ago, I received a single $55 fine in the mail. When I went to their website, I discovered nearly $1,000 in fines, backdated over six months. No emails. No letters. No notifications of any kind. Had I known even after the first fine, I would have stopped parking there immediately. After hours on hold over multiple days, they eventually “reduced” the total to $240—but the damage was done. The lack of care, transparency, and communication is unacceptable, and because of it, they’ve completely lost me as a customer. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. This lot is a scam designed to quietly rack up fines rather than actually manage parking fairly. I even have photos of the first fine as proof. Do not park here.
