- DDDrew DunneOct 5, 20265.0What awesome staff! Angela, Ruth, Theresa were all great to work with and very accommodating for helping me get monthly parking setup. While there was no unsub option online which was a bit odd, they made it easy when the time came. If my situation changes in the future and I need monthly parking again, they will be my first choice.
- ACAdrien CSep 25, 20261.0Just a heads-up to anyone thinking about parking here: be very careful, as their practices are abusive . There are no physical gates or barriers. Instead, they use plate-recognition cameras plus a QR code app to track exactly how long you're parked. This basically forces you to guess exactly how much time you'll need upfront. My meeting ran about 20 minutes late, and I ended up getting a $102 'penalty' notice in the mail, even though I had paid for a full 2hr . When I contacted customer service to explain it was an honest mistake, they were absolutely no help and just offered a $20 discount on the massive $102 fine. The whole setup feels like a trap designed to hit you with hidden fees and T&Cs you automatically accept when using their QR code web app . Save yourself the headache and park somewhere else.
- SBSusie BennettJul 7, 20262.0Parking is inexpensive for downtown; you get what you pay for. The elevators are constantly broken, wheelchair operated doors have never worked, and the lighting is really poor.
- GKGennady KoscheevJul 3, 20261.0Parking system uses QR code app and camera recognition to measure parked time. No barriers to measure exact timing, you have to guess how much time are you going to spend there. And if you are late even by 20min, there is $102 “fine”. Basically, it’s a trick to force you to pay more either way. Not parking here again.
- NMNancy MartinJun 23, 20261.0Avoid parking here! They did not have a working ticket pull, when I tried to go onto the app, it did not work. I think they do it on purpose so that later they can send you a Notice for 102.00. Very shady!
