- CGCaleb GarciaMay 4, 20261.0Not too long after my oil change I noticed oil leaking on the driveway, and when I checked the drain plug was loose and they didn’t even bother to add a washer. Experience started off on the wrong foot when they told me that my oil cap was missing and I needed to go buy another one. Went to go check it out and found it in the engine bay at first glance (not sure how I would be able to be driving around with no oil fill cap) after that they called the owner of the fleet account and told me I would receive the discounts but I would have to pay out of pocket (which was reasonable). Was told I needed new brake fluid (I authorized it) then when I go to pay I see they added new windshield wipers (which I was not made aware of the $80 charge for 2 windshield wipers) then after they did the oil change they said it didn’t show up on the dipstick. I’ve done my own oil change for years now and 5 1/2 quarts has always filled it up perfectly. Then I was told it was a problem with my dipstick. I only came because my company told me to use the fleet account. But I will not be coming back. More of a headache than just doing it myself at home.

They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find honest, efficient service these days, but this location definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable car maintenance!
