Went here to get oil prices to compare where I usually go. It really sounded like the guy just didn’t want to do anything. Horrible customer service I felt dismissed from the moment the man started speaking.

Popped in for an inspection. Took a while and then they walked me through 18 things that were wrong with my car and needed replacing. It would have cost 4x more than my car is worth. They didn't even say anything about the inspection that I was actually there for. I went back to my regular guys for a once over and my car is fine. Jiffy lube did what they needed to do and the guy was really good at his sales pitch, but be warned if you're someone who has a hard time staring someone in the eyes and saying, "No, I dont care that you think my car will explode. I will not give you $2000," I wouldn't advise going here

No one likes to get their oil changed, but I don’t mind at all when I go to this location on Shepherd. The team there is so friendly and the waiting room is clean and comfortable.

WARNING! Dishonest Business. I brought my car in for a routine inspection, and they immediately tried to pressure me into a fraudulent $1,500 "urgent" brake pad replacement. I declined and took my vehicle straight to the dealership, where technicians confirmed my brake pads were still in like-new condition. This business preys on unsuspecting customers with completely fabricated repairs. Save your money and steer clear.

Highly disappointed with my experience at this shop, and I will not be returning. I originally came in because AutoZone diagnosed my check engine light as an O2 sensor issue. Jiffy Lube quoted me approximately $300 to replace the upstream O2 sensor on my 2013 Kia Forte. At the time, I didn't realize how high that price was, especially considering the part itself cost around $60. My mom and I (both women) agreed to the repair because we trusted their recommendation. During the repair, Brandon repeatedly told us the sensor was "hard to reach," and later said they had difficulty locating the part. I ended up leaving my car overnight. When I picked it up the next morning, I was told that if my check engine light came back on, it would probably mean the other O2 sensor needed to be replaced. About 10 minutes after leaving the shop, the check engine light came back on. Three months later, I returned because I needed my vehicle inspected and the light was still on. This time I was quoted $335 to replace the downstream O2 sensor near the catalytic converter. Although the price seemed high, I agreed because I wanted the repair completed. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I waited about an hour for the part, then another hour after they discovered they had ordered the wrong part. I was then told Brandon's manager was coming, so I waited again. After the manager arrived, they performed another diagnostic and suddenly told me my entire catalytic converter needed to be replaced for approximately $1,700. When I questioned the diagnosis, they lowered the estimate to $1,400. I called my father because something didn't seem right. I was told the downstream O2 sensor couldn't be replaced because of its connection to the catalytic converter and that replacing the entire catalytic converter was my only option. I declined the repair and took my vehicle to another mechanic. That shop simply had me purchase the correct downstream O2 sensor for about $120 and charged me only $40 in labor to install it. The catalytic converter did not need to be replaced. However, after that repair, my check engine light was still on. I had another diagnostic performed, which showed that the upstream O2 sensor previously replaced by Jiffy Lube was now the source of the problem. Although I was hesitant to return because of my previous experience, my father spoke with Brandon, so I brought the car back. Walking in, I asked for Brandon but he was not there. Before anyone even looked at my vehicle, the employee at the front counter said he remembered me from the catalytic converter estimate and immediately started talking about another customer's catalytic converter replacement, stating that he leaves in an hour and that I needed to get my car in asap for that repair. I explained that my issue was different and provided the AutoZone diagnostic paperwork and informed him that I was not paying $1,700 and would just look into other car options at that point. He started sales pitching about how it would be better than buying another car but at that point I knew. A technician I had never met before or seen throughout my 3 visits inspected the vehicle and told me the wiring near the upstream O2 sensor that Jiffy Lube had previously replaced was damaged in which they probably damaged it themselves trying to reach it. He said they don't perform wiring repairs and that I would need to take it to another shop. I specifically asked whether my catalytic converter was actually the problem after all, and he confirmed that it was not. As I was leaving, the same employee who had been at the front approached my car after the man gave me the okay to leave and questioned me about what the technician had told me, specifically asking whether it was my catalytic converter. Between the high repair quotes, the incorrect recommendations to replace my catalytic converter, the excessive wait times, and the conflicting diagnoses, I no longer have confidence in this shop and don’t think anyone should. I will not be recommending this location based on my experience.
