Since the moment me ans my husband were pulling into the lane where they can assist us one of the workers did a very mean face to us! He seemed like if he did not wanted to work. Also the other guy that was working there had an attitude. I do not want to make my experience as if it was racism both of the guys were white and I'm Hispanic the only one that did gave us a great customer service was the lady working there. I will definitely not be returning there and I will tell my friends and relatives not to go there!

- MMMark MyersApr 19, 20261.0I had stopped going here years ago because of so many screwups in the past, but I really needed an emissions test to renew my registration and Take 5’s emissions technician wasn’t working today, so I gave Jiffy Lube another try. HUGE MISTAKE. I asked for an oil change while they were at it. They sold me on a new battery too. When i checked out, I saw the emissions test hadn’t been done, and when I pointed that out they said “oh, we can’t do it now because we put in a new battery and reset the computer, you’ll have to drive around for at least 100 miles and bring it back.” THE MAIN THING I NEEDED, THEY DIDNT DO, and couldn’t do, BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO FOCUSED ON UPSELLING me an overpriced battery. It’s always the same story with these incompetent clowns, I never should have given them a second chance.
