Do not turn your Volvo leased vehicle in here! I turned my car over to Grubbs at the end of June. It had a few months still left on the lease, but my signed agreement clearly stated I would not owe any additional payments. But Grubbs never notified Volvo and since then I've had to pay for both cars! Volvo corporate has charged me for both cars, insisting that they never received notice from the dealership that the car was turned in. Grubbs claimed they would repay me, but that was weeks ago and I'm still out hundreds of dollars. Take your business elsewhere.

Austin was terrific. He was very patient and professional as he showed my wife and I four different cars and we test drove all four. The experience was professional, very informative and not pushy. The dealership, the people and the quality of the cars sold the car for me. Darian, the Sales Manager was also great and very helpful and provided good options. A great team. I look forward to being a Grubbs customer.

Absolutely love my new Volvo XC90! I traded in my Mercedes-AMG GLE 53, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The XC90 is incredibly comfortable, luxurious, smooth, and packed with technology. It has the premium feel I was used to with Mercedes, but with a completely different level of comfort and refinement.
The entire experience at Grubbs Volvo was excellent. Great dealership, great management, and a professional sales team that made the whole process easy from start to finish. They treated me with respect, answered my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase.
If you’re considering a Volvo, I definitely recommend giving Grubbs Volvo a chance. I’m loving my XC90 and very happy I made the switch from Mercedes!
Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had a great experience working with Jha’Shon Shelton at Volvo. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy from beginning to end. No pressure, no games—just straightforward and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. If you’re shopping for a Volvo, I highly recommend asking for Jha’Shon. Excellent customer service and a great guy to work with. 5 stars!
Worked with Roberto on a new EX90. Asked for the money factor and residual, which are published Volvo Car Financial Services program numbers that every dealer has.
I was told they depend on my credit application and are produced by an “algorithm” averaging best and worst cases. Neither is true. Credit tier affects whether you qualify for the base rate, not what the base rate is. Selling price has nothing to do with a credit app at all, and he had already sent me a full monthly payment without one.
The quote itself was $91,865 on a $91,590 MSRP vehicle. Above sticker, on a model whose sales are down sharply year over year and that Volvo has been supporting with heavy incentives. Not a car anyone should be paying MSRP for.
He then offered a “best price promise” to beat any written offer. If I have to shop three other stores to make you competitive, I’ve already found the dealer I’m buying from.
No issue with the vehicle. The problem was being given inaccurate information instead of a straight answer.
