  I have purchased or leased three Volvos from Grubbs Volvo over the years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. When I leased my vehicle, I purchased a $995 Excess Wear & Use Addendum through the dealership. After I turned in the lease in September 2025, I received a bill from Volvo Financial Services for damage that should have been covered. Volvo submitted a claim, but it was denied because the dealership had apparently never enrolled the coverage I paid for. From there, I spent months trying to get this resolved with Grubbs Volvo. I was told on multiple occasions by my salesperson that the dealership would pay Volvo Financial Services directly. Later, I was told to pay the bill myself and that I would be reimbursed. During a service visit, I was then promised a $200 gift card instead. None of those promises were ever fulfilled. I ultimately paid for a protection plan that, due to the dealership’s failure to enroll it, provided no protection at all. I also paid the lease-end charge out of pocket and have been left chasing a resolution that never came. I even emailed dealership management to give them an opportunity to make this right, and they never responded. Mistakes can happen. What separates a great dealership from an average one is how they handle those mistakes. Unfortunately, my experience has shown a lack of follow-through, accountability, and customer service. After three Volvo purchases through Grubbs, I can no longer recommend this dealership and will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Shondrea made my drive to Houston to visit Grubbs Volvo worth it! The vehicle was prepared, the process was smooth, and the dealer was very clean and professional. Shondrea was great at answer all my questions via text or email since I wasn’t local and by the time I came to complete the deal, everything was done in just a few minutes. Very easy transaction.

  Mark Zweit and staff really helped along the buying processing making it very easy and smooth. The car was up front and charged ready for the test drive. Very cozy waiting room and love the old building they renovated. The dealership may be a little far from me to use for service but if they are running specials then it might be worth the drive. Nice people and highly recommend

  You will not be disappointed , very professional high class dealership ! The managers Alex and Polad are very easy to work with , no pressure at all clear and unhurried ! Best of all was our sales professional Shondrea ! Amazing machine , we love our XC60

  Wow! Just wow! I can’t say enough about the team at Grubbs Family of Dealerships in Houston! My husband did an incredible amount of research on this vehicle & worked via phone with Shondrea Taylor, the sales representative. She quoted Jack a price & they honored the price. She is just an angel & so knowledgeable of the vehicles. She treats you just like family & makes you feel like you matter. She is an incredible human being & we were grateful for her. Alex, the sales manager was absolutely fantastic! He worked with our special situation as well as Polad the finance manager. We definitely are team Volvo & greatful for them!
