A team that takes care of you and your ride! After 2 other shops gave me overpriced services and dismissive answers to my problem, this is the shop I will stick to. The prices were transparent and fair! Most services are listed on a board with the price, which is very comforting after my dealership repair experience. When I got an update on my car, they were very detailed about what they looked through and their reasoning. I felt like my car was more than inspected, but investigated for the issue. The fully stocked lounge is a calming sight, and much appreciated. I know who to go to for good work, thanks Louie and the team.

Speedy services, friendly people, explained pricing for services and provide recommendations and pricing for those. No pressure sales, puzzles and snacks to keep busy while vehicle was serviced!

My first visit to Grease Monkey. Needed a truck inspected. Very good first impression. Shop was very clean, service was very quick, and I had a warm chocolate chip cookie while I waited for my truck. I do plan to come back for future needs.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Went in for an oil change, which they too care of quickly. They also informed me of upcoming maintenance and various factors about my car WITHOUT trying to sell me needless items. Trust gained. Would def go back again.

I’ve been here a few times over the years but the last time I went, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I came in for an oil change and they said they could take care of it but never talked to me or walked me through my options for an oil change. Instead they took my car and came back and charged me $120 (after my coupon) for an oil change. I was shocked by the price and didn’t quite understand what had happened but was told that was the cost for an oil change for my car. I paid and left but the situation has never sat right with me. As I’ve spoken to other people about oil changes and how much they pay I’ve realized most oil changes cost between $60-$80 but the most premium oil changes cost about $120. I have no idea how I was charged $120 and it’s especially frustrating I wasn’t given options prior to being charged. I was never asked if I wanted premium oil, if I had been that would’ve been when I asked for options. I won’t be returning here, I’d rather go somewhere honest with employees that will give the full picture for the work needed before it’s payment time.
