  I waited in the lobby area for about 15 minutes until I took matters into my own hands and looked for a worker. They try to upsell me extra product that I didn’t need.

  Kevin and the other employees were courteous and helpful. They were honest and told me my engine air filter didn’t need to be replaced. I have always been very pleased with the service I have gotten here.

  This Grease Monkey provides phenomenal customer service. I have been here on several occasions and I’m impressed every time. I had a concern that there was a GPS tracker on my car, and the AM Louie did an incredibly thorough search of my vehicle to see if he could find anything. It gave me great peace of mind to know that I could come to this location with any concern about my car and I would be taken care of. Aaron, Louie, Boone, and Alex: every single one of you guys rock. Thank you so much for taking care of me. I will never get an oil change anywhere else.

  Had efficient service but stained my seat with oil and tried to blame me and say it was like that before they got in which was absolutely not true my car is brand new and it reeked of oil when I got inside of my car they tried to remove the stain but it still remains sooooo very upsetting they didn’t put a towel or something down before getting in my car brand new seat ruined replying only to good reviews but never bad ones my fiancé left one and they never replied will never come back here be aware of spending money here

  My mother in law was in town and needed an oil change. The place my family and I go to was closed on the weekend so we found this place. She. Called before and asked if they could use her oil and filter she had because they use a specific blend and extended mileage oil. The said absolutely but it would be the same price as if they used their own. No problem. She brought it in, they were busy and after they brought her car in they didn’t come back inside. Another guy came inside and she asked what they needed from her so we could leave to be in time for her grand daughter’s performance. They had her write down her info on paper so she again specified the oil in the vehicle. It wasn’t until the next day she went to the back of her car and saw the oil she brought still there. She called the store and the said it wasn’t a big deal as the oil the use was fine. She said no that’s not what I asked for. They said what do you want a refund? They said there wasn’t a manager on duty today. They said they just spoke with a manager and said they would refund. She said yes to the refund because shes now headed back home which is out of town. They hung up and the phones stopped working. No call back or anything. We plan to call back Monday and speak with someone more helpful. All in all not a great experience.
