  This Gerber Collision & Glass location is 10/10. From the moment I took the car into the shop to get quoted to picking it up was a great and smooth process. Kymber and Alex were the two employees I interacted with the most and they were very communicative, and gave me great updates on when my car would be available. They had enterprise come and pick me up from the store so getting a rental was super simple and straightforward, and I was able to return the rental to Gerber so no need for anyone else to come pick me up and drop me off. Any time I had a question I could call the store and they would answer immediatly. The best part was they told me it might take up to 2 weeks to get all the parts and do the labor, but it ended up only taking a week! I think I read in a review when I was looking for a shop, someone said "you can tell this is a good shop by the fact that they do not have a bunch of damaged cars in the parking lot like other shops" which is 100% true because this shop actually fixes cars fast! If you are in need of a repair for your vehicle, this is the place to do it!

  This review is long overdue. This shop does excellent work. All the staff are pleasant and great to work with. I have had work done on several of my cars and the body work is always outstanding. They worked with my insurance to give me the best deal possible. I have had other cars done under the manager, Tony at his previous place. He is fabulous to work with. Always pleasant. They gave me a loaner to use while my car was being repaired. This is the only place I will have any body work on my cars.

  I absolute LOVED the service at this place. They are super professional and go out of their way to make you happy. Diana took it upon her self to help with my car and handled all the insurance claim details. She made it happen for me. My car looks just the way I did when I got it fresh out the dealers. They even gave me a rental. I didn’t pay a dime as she took care of it with the insurance. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for above and beyond service. You will not be disappointed.

  They do an amazing Job here bought my car here after being completely unsatisfied by sterling McCall across the street and I was wowed by the professionalism and the quality of work that this shop provides. People were easy to deal with and helped in every way they could. Sterling McCall can learn a couple lessons from this place

  I was involved in a car accident and my car was blocking the traffic I told tow trucking man I didn’t want him to touch my car I can move it myself he continued to hook my car and ended up charging me money I didn’t have ! Then told me he can take it to the lot and have to pay 220 there instead of the 167 ! I understand if I needed it and I asked u but my car was driveable and this was a major RIP OFF !
