  Ive been driving for 7 years now and I've been from one end of this country to the other and we fuel up anf stop at Pilot A LOT but I have to say the management here is absolutely rude and hateful, maybe its because the young lady does not have help or maybe she just hates her job but I have to say she is absolutely rude at the very least. The Dennys is a good place with awesome management that's why I give this place 3 stars but the pilot side, horrible, the showers are not kept clean the restrooms smell like a porter potty that's been unattended for months. I noticed there are a few of the workers that absolutely ignore you and literally leave there co workers out to dry in a rush and its sad to see a pilot from a great city like Houston be in such disarray. Hopefully you guys on the corporate end get to the bottom of the situation and nip it in the bud I've Come here multiple times in the past two weeks and its the same story. Outside that there's plenty of parking if you pay and the foods pretty decent.

  Run down Dump of a truck stop. This place is sad. Mostly all pay parking $25 here. Flying J should be ashamed to have their name on this business.

  Tonight about 7:00 p.m. on Sunday September 20th there's a worker that's work in the register named Sha that's very rude obnoxious loud yelling at customers make a scene for no reason there was one particular customer that she was yelling at and told him to move so she can get another customer and he was trying to handle business I think some people shouldn't be in customer service you need to leave your personal feelings and your attitudes at home

  After a long day, the only thing that I want more than anything is a nice clean shower. The shower was absolutely disgusting. The toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. There was a wash rag from the previous customer still in shower. The vent on the ceiling had so much caked junk on it. Fuel is ridiculously high and the prime parking was $27. Not a great place.
