  I did not experience all of the disrespect and bad customer service like everyone has mentioned. Everyone had a smile on their face and was polite to me. The only thing I don’t like is even if you pay for a parking spot and want to drop your trailer to go somewhere they will have it towed. And the damn parking is $27!!!

  Would give no stars.. walked in anticipating a warm Cinnabon, walked to counter, no greeting or acknowledgement, employee wiping hands with paper towel ignoring me while chatting with 3 non Cinnabon purchasing men, her laughter and attention focused on non business matters, then another employee walks up and begins conversations about item ahe was holding. No customer service, no professionalism ,no concern for the reason she was paid, to provide service to the customer No I did not purchase, yes I will share my experience and proceed down the road for my cinnabon!

  I have been a professional truck driver for many years and have visited countless Pilot locations throughout the United States and Canada. Over the years, I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with Pilot on fuel, parking, food, and other services. Because of that, I believe I have a fair basis for comparison when it comes to customer service.Without exaggeration, the employee who assisted me today delivered the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any FLYING J location. I approached the counter simply to purchase parking. What I received in return was complete indifference, a cold attitude, and a level of unprofessionalism that was shocking. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, no smile, no thank you, and absolutely no sign that this employee cared about customers or appreciated their business. She appeared annoyed by my presence from the moment I approached the counter I understand that everyone has difficult days. However, this was not a bad day. This appeared to be someone who simply does not want to deal with customers and has no interest in providing even the most basic level of customer service As truck drivers, we spend enormous amounts of money at Pilot locations and help keep these businesses operating. The least we should expect in return is basic courtesy and respect. What I experienced today fell far below even the minimum standard of professionalism. Frankly, if this employee represents the culture of this location, management has a serious problem. I have visited thousands of truck stops throughout my career, and I cannot remember a single employee who left a worse impression than the one I encountered today This experience was so negative that I have made the decision never to stop at this location again. I do not care how convenient it may be, how low my fuel may be, or how badly I may need parking. I will take my business elsewhere. After spending so much money with Pilot over the years, it is extremely disappointing to be treated as though customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists!! Management should seriously evaluate whether an employee who treats customers with this level of indifference should be representing the Pilot brand.

  Terrible service; the manager was extremely aggressive, even though the fault was theirs. I asked her with a laugh if she would give that pizza to her own children, and she just kept laughing. Stopping there was a terrible decision—don’t buy anything there.lli

  It's a shame in my home state we can't get a decent pilot/flying J. Got a whole parking lot and won't let cargo van driver be there for more than 2 hrs , I was told to go park in the back and pay for parking , guess I can go ahead and mark Houston off the list with Cali and New York for hauling freight to. Y'all need to learn from loves and do truck stops right !!!!!
