Lady w the blonde hair was very helpful & professional. The other lady w the black shirt & glasses was very rude. While she was serving me, she procrastinated & talked to other ppl, while I was waiting for her to finish. Smh. If you can't do customer service right then you shouldn't do it at all 💯💯

Landscaper was using blower and after telling him that my dog was afraid of it hence why she was barking excessively and trying to climb out of cars window...he ignored and kept using it. Rest area in truck side, someone was hiding in bushes as well yelling something but I couldn't understand and rerouted myself and my dog elsewhere. Landscaper went back there but I never saw him come back out. Stay safe! It was weird and spooky..

⚠️ NO PARKING FOR CARGO VANS OR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
Clean and well-maintained location. The parking lot is clean, I didn’t see any homeless people, and the security staff was professional and respectful. They immediately informed me that cargo vans, box trucks, and other commercial vehicles are not allowed to park in the regular parking area and directed me to the truck parking section. They were polite and simply explained the rules.
The only thing I don’t really understand is why there isn’t a small designated area for commercial vans. My van has windows and is used for traveling. I regularly use the Pilot app, fuel here, shop here, and pay to use the showers. Considering how large the property is, it would be great if they reserved even 10 parking spaces for cargo vans and similar vehicles. The truck parking lot is often completely full, leaving no place to park overnight.
I understand that rules are rules, but it would be a great improvement if management considered setting aside a small number of spaces for commercial vans. Many drivers like me are loyal Pilot customers and simply need a safe place to spend the night when truck parking is full.
Overall, it’s a safe, clean, and well-organized location. If you’re driving a Cargo Van or Box Truck, don’t park in the regular car parking area, or you’ll be asked to move.

A worker named Asia was very rude. She was talking about Bible study with a customer MIND YOU you can do that yes no problem, cause your in a public setting. What i Did Not appreciate was when she was speaking about it with a customer and said customer wanted to try and include me bc of how I was dresseddc', if Im wanna go to Bible study to be "funny" Asia stood there laughed and said "she needs to go to Bible study?" And etc they were sitting there cracking jokes. Mind you shes at WORK. With her name tag on going back to the register. You are free to talk abt wtv anywhere but when you are being inconsiderate, or not knowing people's situation you should not be sitting there laughing & cracking jokes. You don't know if I was dressed a certain way because I came out the house to buy something. You sitting there cracking Jokes on somebody but you dont know their situation or why they dress or look a certain way WHILE on the CLOCK is crazy. That's so rude and mean. I was having a good morning and I felt so disrespected and made fun of just because how I was dressed. And I was telling an employee and she seemed like she didnt really care, and couldnt believe it. I am telling you WHAT I just went thru and felt extremely attacked just for existing and minding my business and being made fun of. Thats so disrespectful especially as an employee. You have freedom of speech but when you're out in public making it seem like YOU are shaming someone for how they look or dress is MEAN. We are too grown to be sitting here acting like were 15 and gossiping about people. Very very inappropriate. I felt so disrespected, attacked simply for minding my business looking for groceries to quickly buy before going back on the road to get home.
