  Called these folks bc I'm quote shopping for 2 repairs previously diagnosed by another shop. Pretty straightforward & should've been a 5 min call tops. *1st call- Richard said their computers were down and to call back in 15 min. *2nd call- 20 min later I call back & he says they are still down..ok cool. *3rd call- 30 min later a woman answers. I ask if the computers are still down. She leaves to go do something (idk what). Comes back & asks what I needed, so I tell her I am just wanting a quote for 2 repairs. She asks for my VIN, I give it, and she asks what the repair is. I tell her one of them and she gets frustrated and says (it was hard to understand) that she needed to get someone else and would call me back. She starts trying to rush me off the phone bc she "has customers". I tell her I wasn't done and there was another repair to notate. She leaves to get a frustrated Richard who says the computers are down, he has customers, and that he already told me the computers were down. Well YOU are the one who told me to call back and I could've been a customer too. Not a chance in hell now.

  These honest people saved me over a thousand dollars this past week. A transmission rebuild. Had it back the same day. Very courteous staff. Love this place.
