  Called these folks bc I'm quote shopping for 2 repairs previously diagnosed by another shop. Pretty straightforward & should've been a 5 min call tops. *1st call- Richard said their computers were down and to call back in 15 min. *2nd call- 20 min later I call back & he says they are still down..ok cool. *3rd call- 30 min later a woman answers. I ask if the computers are still down. She leaves to go do something (idk what). Comes back & asks what I needed, so I tell her I am just wanting a quote for 2 repairs. She asks for my VIN, I give it, and she asks what the repair is. I tell her one of them and she gets frustrated and says (it was hard to understand) that she needed to get someone else and would call me back. She starts trying to rush me off the phone bc she "has customers". I tell her I wasn't done and there was another repair to notate. She leaves to get a frustrated Richard who says the computers are down, he has customers, and that he already told me the computers were down. Well YOU are the one who told me to call back and I could've been a customer too. Not a chance in hell now.

  These honest people saved me over a thousand dollars this past week. A transmission rebuild. Had it back the same day. Very courteous staff. Love this place.

  I was driving out of town on I-10 when my truck made a loud noise and then started vibrating pretty bad. Since I couldn’t drive safely to my destination, I googled this place based on the reviews and limped in. I was greeted right away by someone who seemed very professional and knowledgeable and not someone who was going to take advantage of the situation. The shop was clean and organized. It was after lunch and event though they looked like their bays were full, they took time to get my truck up on the rack to diagnose a drive-shaft problem. Since my truck was fairly new and still under warranty, THEY suggested I take it to the dealer to save some money or they also offered to fix the problem. Because of how they handled me as a customer, I honestly thought about letting them fix it even though it would’ve cost me a few hundred dollars out of pocket but of course that didn’t make a lot of sense. The owner was kind enough to find a dealership who had the part in stock and point me in the right direction and explain what I should expect when I towed my car to the dealer. So let me add this: based on the customer service I received, their attitude of treating me with professionalism and my overall great experience with them EVEN THOUGH they didn’t do anything but tell me what was wrong with my truck - I’m going back to them the next time I need an oil change or other issue even though it’s 50+ miles from my home because they can be trusted. Short version: thanks and recommended
