  I have been coming to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers for over 3 years now, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I receive every time I come here. This location is a true gem, and much of that is due to the incredible management and staff they have on hand. First and foremost, Ysidro, the store manager, is absolutely outstanding. Every time I've brought my car in with a problem, big or small, he's gone above and beyond to make sure I leave satisfied. He approaches each issue with a can-do attitude and is genuinely dedicated to diagnosing and resolving whatever problem I'm facing. It's evident that he cares deeply about his customers and takes pride in his work. I've always felt like I'm in good hands with Ysidro at the helm! Jose, the assistant store manager, is equally impressive. He is always ready to assist and works efficiently to ensure that every customer is taken care of promptly. His helpfulness makes a noticeable difference in the overall experience, and I appreciate his willingness to address any concerns I have. It's clear that he values both the customer's time and the quality of service provided. Then there's Jallen, one of the technicians, who specializes in oil changes. His knowledge and expertise in this area are exceptional. He not only performs oil changes with precision but also takes the time to explain any related issues that may arise, making sure I understand what’s going on with my vehicle. His professionalism and attentiveness make the process seamless and stress-free. Overall, the team at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers creates a welcoming and efficient environment where customers can feel confident about the care their vehicles receive. From start to finish, they prioritize customer satisfaction and work together to ensure that every visit is a positive experience.   I have been going to this location of Express Oil Change/tire engineers for five years. The staff is very professional and Great customer service .Jose Villatoo Help me today on a sensor issue and I was running late for a meeting. They called me a Lyft , drove me to my office as my issue was worked on. I recommend this location for Oil Change, tires, and AC Work.

  Quick and efficient oil change while you stay in car. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Jalen made sure lights, horn etc worked perfectly. This was my second visit and will be my go-to in the future
