  place is absolutely trash do not go!!!! say lifetime warranty and do not stand behind it. they also did 1500$ worth of damage to my truck. do not come here I repeat do not come here lifetime warranty is a lie. go to delta auto glass way better custumer service and prices. tint is peeling off on windows and this is there 600$ job check my pics for there quality of work.

  I’ve been bringing all of my cars here for window tinting over the past 10 years, and they have consistently provided excellent service. Peter, the manager, was very helpful in explaining all the available options and offering reasonable pricing. The installation was completed in less than an hour, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional window tinting services.

  I paid $800, top dollar for a premium tint, because I expected a premium product and professional-level installation to match. Instead, all four of my side windows were left with approximately a 1/4-inch gap of exposed glass along the top. The gaps are also uneven, being wider at one end of the window and smaller at the other. Once the windows are rolled down, it’s very obvious. I didn’t realize how bad the gaps were until about 3 days after the installation, because I couldn’t roll my windows down while the tint was curing. Once I was finally able to lower them and look at the top edges, I was pretty disappointed. And yes, I know small gaps are normal. They’re called “micro-gaps” and are typically around 1–4mm according to the International Window Film Association (IWFA). I’m not expecting the tint to be perfectly lined up with the edge. But there’s a big difference between a small, clean, consistent gap and a 1/4-inch, uneven gap across all four windows. A gap that large is the kind of thing I’d expect from amateur-level work, where the installer leaves extra room because getting a tight, clean edge takes more finesse. For $800, I expected a premium installation, not this. I had actually used this shop before to tint another vehicle and was happy with the work, which is why I came back. That’s what makes this even more disappointing. The quality of this installation wasn’t even close to what I received previously. I brought the car back to the shop and spoke with Mary. I’ll say this about her: her customer service and demeanor were excellent (she was also my service rep when I brought the vehicle in). She was very nice and professional, and I don’t blame her for standing behind the company’s position. But when she looked at the tint, her facial expression honestly said more than words could. I obviously can’t say what she was thinking, but let’s just say I didn’t feel like I was crazy for thinking the tint looked bad. I was initially told that the gaps were normal. I explained that I understood small gaps were normal, but these were large and uneven. I also brought up the fact that my previous vehicle they worked on didnt have a large noticable gap like that. I was then told that the film is computer-cut and they can’t control the gap. I asked if they would redo the tint, and they refused. That’s probably what bothered me the most. I paid $800 for a professional installation, brought the car back when I noticed a problem, and instead of trying to make it right, I was basically told that there’s nothing they can do. At the end of the day, I paid a premium price for what I consider amateur-level workmanship. If this is the level of workmanship and customer service you can expect when something goes wrong, honestly, just go get the $100–$200 Groupon tint. At least then you’re not paying $800 expecting a premium installation and being told that this is “normal.” I really wanted to like this place because I had a good experience with them previously. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them based on this experience. $800 should get you better than this.
