  Mr. Mike and Mrs. Allyson run a tight ship at this enterprise truck location. My request was for a 26’ flatbed truck. Unfortunately my schedule changed and I needed a RARE truck one day earlier than expected so I called them and asked them if they could make it happen. At that moment they didn’t have the truck I needed on site. Early the next morning Mike got in contact with me and said he had the truck on the way from another location and I could come pick it up! This was awesome because I was able to move the items and return the truck in one day. This allowed me to return home from Houston to Florida 3 days early. Thank you so much for your dedication and effort in helping me out! I will definitely see you again in the future.

  I rent from Enterprise quite a bit, but this was my first time using their truck rental service, and I can honestly say my experience beat my expectations. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and Ashley made my checkout process a breeze. There was an issue with the gas mileage on my truck, but that’s no fault of the staff or maintenance crew there. They took the issue seriously when I brought it up and started looking into it. That kind of initiative is admirable and I really appreciate that they care about the quality of their fleet. All in all, great experience!

  All the employees are super helpful and friendly. Just be aware that their computer system does not always read the correct pick up mileage. Take a picture of the odometer when you rent the vehicle because both times I rented a truck from this location the computer has said the mileage was lower than the actual reading. This means that you will be getting charged for an extra 50 to 100 miles if you cannot prove that their reading was inaccurate.

  5 stars — very easy online booking process and excellent customer service throughout. Pickup and drop-off were quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Overall a great experience with Enterprise and I would definitely use them again.
