  Kendall was great when I arrived! He very quickly and efficiently put me in a truck that met all my needs. Jennifer was great when I returned the truck.

  The staff who assisted us at pickup were very friendly and handled everything quickly. The return was also very easy: the office was closed, and we simply dropped the keys in the box.

  Every associate I encountered were very helpful and nice. Jennifer was extremely patient and helpful with me when trying to get setup for a rental for our honeymoon road trip. I came back and the next associate, Chandler, was also very nice and helpful with great humor. They made the process so pleasant and easy despite company policy challenges I faced. Then when returning the truck another associate (I hate that I don’t remember his name) was also very knowledgeable and even told me options on extending that I didn’t even know! We got to keep the truck for another week so that made my husband’s day (it was his Valentine’s day surprise)! And they all held great conversation and made the environment feel welcoming. Overall this will be our primary location if we need to rent again. 20 out of 10 experience.

  Worst enterprise I’ve ever used, not helpful at all. The excuse I got was there they’re understaffed.
