  I’ve rented with enterprise for years, but this location manager and employee Kam were exceptional. Great prices and customer service. Will make the additional drive to work with them every time!

  I actually had a great experience! I was concerned after reading the reviews, but they were wonderful to work with. This was due to an insurance claim on my auto. The staff even worked around my very limited mobility to accommodate us. I have used Enterprise exclusively for years and this time was no exception on what I've experienced in the past. Kudos to them for making this a positive experience in a difficult time!

  Picking up and dropping off the car was easy. Getting ahold of someone because I was not given an invoice or a credit card receipt did not happen. I've sat on hold twice for 30+ minutes and still no one answered the phone.

  If I could give no star I would but unfortunately its not an option. This place is horrible starting with management along with the customer service reps. I got in a car accident that wasn't my fault I called them and they promised me a swap out that same day if not the next I provided all documents and they promise me they will call me and they dont. Pretty sure they recognize my number and place me on hold w/o talking to me and hangup. Then they say the supervisor Stephanie will call me and no one does its been like this for 2 weeks all I get is a sorry and no resolution meanwhile they have there car as well as my deposit and dont help at all. They will answer ur call and put u on speaker and walk away. The staff here is incompetent, lazy and just overall 0 customer service skills. No one calls but hangs up or puts you on hold as soon as u call then hangs up thr phone. All I ask if for communication with this process of the claim and if there is no update at least tell me that. But no, no one cares and this place is the last time I will rent from here.
