Subject: Employee Recognition – Krystal Ramsey (Branch Manager) To: Enterprise Rent-A-Car Customer Support / Corporate Management I am writing to recognize Krystal Ramsey, the Branch Manager at one of my absolute favorite Enterprise locations, for her outstanding service. As someone who rents from Enterprise 40 weeks out of the year, I interact with car rental teams constantly. Krystal truly stands out as one of the most enjoyable, professional, and attentive individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. She exemplifies every single quality you hope to find in a rental company—efficiency, genuine warmth, and a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction. Krystal is a stellar representative of the Enterprise brand and sets the standard for what exceptional service should look like. Please make sure she is commended for her hard work and leadership—she makes every trip smoother and keeps me coming back week after week. Best regards, Glenn Barnett Enterprise Plus Member

The staff at the Silber location are helpful and made both the check-out and the check-in very easy. This is my 4th rental over the summer and I can say that this was the easiest and fastest every time. I will highly recommend this location!
