  I wish I could put 0 stars! This location was by far the worst I have ever been to. The workers on duty Saturday 2pm were absolutely rude. A white man and a latina woman working the desk were very disrespectful. Also Enterprise as a whole not giving the deposit back the day after ‘car return’ is completely wrong. Do better as a company and teach your employees better customer service. I will never be renting a car with you again.

  This is my first 1-star review posting across Google. I'm someone whos very accommodating and not difficult to please (as my review history suggests), but I feel that this needs to be shared. I made a car reservation through Expedia at this location for this past Friday in the evening for a week in Houston at a rate of $320. That day of, I confirmed with Enterprise customer service that this was indeed my reservation and pick up location as I was called about potentially having my car moved to the airport which was never followed up on. Anyway, I show Friday evening, and there was no car available for me to pick up. That was very frustrating, but this kind of stuff can happen. I talked with the rep at the office, and he said that they'd try to get a car by Saturday afternoon. I called back that Saturday at 2 to check in. Still no car. Then, knowing they closed at 5 I called around 4:45 to see if anything changed. I was put on hold and then just disconnected. That night, I called Enterprise customer service and was told that this would get escalated to a manager. Again, no call back. So today is Sunday (that location is closed) and I really needed a car as my friend was really doing me a favor driving me around Houston these past few days, so I just relented and rented a car at the airport at $470 with Enterprise for an even shorter time period than my original reservation. Kudos to the gentleman at the airport for at least getting me down from the origial $570 it was going to cost for the new reservation. From the unorganization to just lack of helpfulness from both this location and Enterprise customer service. Just a horrible experience overall. I feel just really ripped off and cheated.
