- RHRonnei HowardOct 6, 20261.0Horrible customer service experience with the regional branch manager, Yana Macon, and associate Natasha Cash. I arrived and was not acknowledged by Yana for approximately 10 minutes, until Natasha returned. Natasha proceeded to check me in, while Yana still did not properly greet or assist me. Instead, she called out my last name from behind the desk to confirm if I was the customer and then proceeded to retrieve a vehicle. I had intended to discuss potentially upgrading my vehicle to an SUV, but that opportunity was completely disregarded. To make matters worse, when the vehicle was brought around, it was not even half-filled with gas. The entire experience felt dismissive and lacked basic customer service. And delayed my business trip.

I rented a car from Houston to a trip to neworleans and the car broke down and was towed. I was left stranded with no car and had to catch the bus back to Houston. She knew and simply just didn’t care I’ll be reporting her she need to fired. That is not the profession she should be in. Highly disappointed (NO STARS)

- EMEndrea MJul 21, 20261.0I wish I could put 0 stars! This location was by far the worst I have ever been to. The workers on duty Saturday 2pm were absolutely rude. A white man and a latina woman working the desk were very disrespectful. Also Enterprise as a whole not giving the deposit back the day after ‘car return’ is completely wrong. Do better as a company and teach your employees better customer service. I will never be renting a car with you again.
