    Earlier this year, I went to rent a car because I had to send my car in the shop. My insurance was fighting me that day, and I was barely able to show up 10 minutes before closing. Michael C C. (I don’t know how comfortable he would be having his full name on here) was able to help me out. Even though I came in late, he was so patient and understanding. He even gave me extra advice on what I should look out for when renting a car under my specific insurance, which ended up saving me a lot of headache! He was very knowledgeable and welcoming, and I couldn’t recommend this location enough!

    I have been trying to resolve an issue of being overcharged for almost two months. No one's called me or emailed me on regsrd to reference #48663257. The local management is no help, is was simply rushed off the phone and told there was nothing he could do. I've been calling the customer service line for months and still nothing. This is the worst car rental experience I've ever had.

    I was given a car that already smoking out. It s been hard to sit and smell the smoke. The number I was given to reach out in case of a need is not working. Always no one is answering and I get the voicemail is full. I can’t leave a message. This is unprofessional at all. And very disappointing.

    The young gentleman at the reception was very professional and polite on the phone and in person. I’ve had good customer service before, but this was on a different level. 100/10 from the guy alone. I would definitely be recommending this location.
