  Sydney is truly amazing and I really hope senior staff know how fortunate you are to have her on your team. I started with her on the phone while trying to schedule a rental through insurance following an accident. Needless to say, I’m very beat up, in pain, and stressed. Sydney started the phone conversation with such a friendly attitude and gratitude that I waited on hold and gave me clear and concise instructions for me to pick up my rental car. In person, she was a beast as she juggled multiple customers in front of me and she gave each of them the same level of meaningful communication and attention. She was incredibly thorough with explaining each option and ensuring I understood the unique features of the vehicle I was renting. Above and beyond, Sydney. Thank you!
