  I drove from out of town and when I got to the hotel my truck wouldn’t start, so I reserved a vehicle that can fit 5 people and 3 large luggage and the lady said they do have one and that I needed my drivers license and a major credit card which I had (and the only card I use for rentals for hotels and cars) . I get picked up, started the process gave them my drivers license and credit card only for them to tell me it’s not a major credit card. I was confused because that’s the only card I use for my rentals (I use Enterprise a lot back home when I go out of town for a go and come trip) So I had to cancel my reservation and call for a ride back to the hotel. Still confused I called the bank that issued my credit card and asked them if my card was considered a major credit card and the gentleman say YES it is a major credit card. I did call them back and I told them what the bank of my credit card said and all she said was her manger said no they don’t take it. I’ve never had any problems with enterprise, I was just upset and disappointed

  After 25 years of being with Enterprise, they would not allow me to pick up my rental because my license was out of state. Left my kid and I stranded. Needless to say, I won't be returning to them anymore and I went with Alamo instead.

  I'm not sure why this place has so many 5 star reviews my experience was terrible after a 5 hour flight I tried to rent a vehicle there was a pregnant black girl who opened the place up late and she was not groomed properly or articulate to represent a business big as enterprise I informed her that I had just renewed my license so my old license and paper copy is what I had she said ok . Not sure if she was high on something but I've never been in trouble and she said the company and her manager said they couldn't rent to me because of past criminal activity so I'm thinking identity theft I called corporate in front of her face and they said no you are good with us Mr.Roberts so I asked her to show me the info she declined at first until I insisted to make a police report for stolen identity . She flips the screen around with a total different person and name Hispanic man then after all that of me waisting hours of my time she says we can't use the paper driver's license after agreeing to it just unbelievable

  THE SERVICE WAS SUPERB THEY DON'T JUST RENT THEY'RE THERE TO ASSIST AND YOU WILL BE SATISFIED RESOURCES UNLIMITED I LOVE ENTERPRISE.
