  I’ve had to use rental car services several times a year, so I’ve experienced my fair share of rental locations. Unfortunately, customer service in this industry can sometimes feel slow, impersonal, and lacking any real sense of urgency. My experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 1406 S Loop West in Houston was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was. Every single team member I interacted with had great energy, was extremely helpful, and made me feel like they were genuinely happy to assist me. What stood out just as much was how efficiently the entire team worked. Everyone seemed focused, organized, and had a real sense of urgency while still taking the time to provide excellent customer service. That combination is rare, especially in an industry where customers are often already dealing with the inconvenience or stress of needing a rental vehicle. You can tell there is a great culture at this particular location. The team works well together, the atmosphere is positive, and the employees genuinely seem happy to be there and willing to serve their customers. That says a lot about both the staff and the leadership. I wanted to take the time to recognize this entire team because they were absolutely on point. Thank you to everyone at the 1406 S Loop West location for making what could have been just another rental-car experience such a positive one. This is how customer service should be done. Keep up the great work!

  Damir, Karina, Kimberly are very nice, they were very patient during the process and extremely helpful and to add with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location.

  I love renting a car from this location as the staff is very friendly and helpful. If I ever have a question or a problem they work to answer or solve it right away.
