  horrible experience confirmed pick up two hours and two days before they were still an hour late, which is not a big deal until I got to the lot and found out that my car is not ready and so they put me in a Nissan Sentra, even though they promised me it’ll be ready they said we didn’t have a car ready for you that is clean. The employee that I dealt with was very rude and condescending. I do not recommend this location. I ended up returning the rental early and made other rental arrangements

  I've been renting cars from this location for a while now and will continue. They showed their customer support. A family member left their sunglasses in the vehicle when I turned it in. I called to see if they had been recovered. They found them and had them waiting for me at the front desk.

  The service and the staff/your people there are awesome. They worked with me and I was able to have the rental for as long as I could at a rate I could afford. So thank ALL of you and I would and will MOST DEFINITELY recommend and come back to the 290 NW FWY location near Jones Rd in Houston FOR SURE 🙏👍🥇🥳👌😉
