  Left Enterprise as a happy customer. What picked up by Sam at the body shop. Had a nice conversation with her. Then made contact with Juan on location. We had a little hiccup. But they resolved the issue very fast. Also the service manager Donald was there helping out. Thank You For the professional service.

  Fernando at the 290 location near Jones Rd greeted us with a friendly smile and helped us make my daughter’s college move in experience so much better with his great service! He was even there to help us return our car and my wife and I showed him pictures of the move in. We will definitely go back to rent our next car from him. Thanks Fernando!

  Do not trust this location if your rental is supposed to be covered by an insurance claim. Our claim’s insurer put it in writing more than once that they would cover the rental and approved every extension in writing — but this branch went ahead and billed the entire $3,214.98 to our personal card anyway. We only found out when the charge hit our account. Now we’re stuck disputing it with our bank because this location didn’t bill the party that was actually responsible for it. Poor communication and no accountability on their end.”

  Rented from this location for a repair claim covered by insurance. The insurance company confirmed in writing multiple times that the rental cost would be billed to them and repeatedly extended the rental in writing — yet this branch charged the full $3,214.98 rental cost directly to my personal card instead of billing the insurer as agreed. Had to file a bank dispute just to try to get it corrected. Very disappointing experience for what should have been a straightforward insurance-covered rental.”
