  Thank you to this enterprise location for having open hours on Sunday and having a large supply of vehicles to offer. I have to honestly take note of the exceptionally hard work and performance Deszia continues to do. On Sunday, she was by herself all the way until close still assisting customers. It was unbelievable how effortlessly she was able to get us checked in, get the vehicle and allow us to head out to our destination. Lastly, Des thank you for persevering through the busy time of handling so many customers and still and presenting a worthy result. Enterprise, give Deszia a raise !

  I had a really great experience at this Enterprise location, largely thanks to Des. She was incredibly helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process, and never made me feel rushed or like my questions were an inconvenience. She genuinely took the time to make sure I was taken care of, and that kind of attentiveness really goes a long way. Beyond Des, the staff here as a whole has been consistently friendly every time I've come in. It's a welcoming environment and you can tell the team actually cares about giving good service. If you're looking for a smooth, hassle-free rental experience with people who treat you well, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!

  Rented a van here for a trip to Washington state, while I was traveling through Oregon at 12:30 am I stopped for fuel and discovered the fuel door would no longer open...I spent 30-40 minutes trying various ways to open it...it was 37 degrees outside and I was sick of trying so called roadside with the hope of getting it fixed...instead I was told they would have it towed away and I would be on my own at now 1 am with no hotels near no car rentals near...when I asked about repairs I was told no that's not going to happen the roadside person was rude, aggressive and made certain that I understood they would not fix it and would not help with any other accommodations. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN and I tell the story every chance I get as a warning to stay away from them.
