  My encounter was the most enjoyable car rental experience I have ever had. Shortly after my experience began, she contacted me to make sure everything was going alright and answered what ever questions I had At the end of the trip she she helped with my commute to my next destination

  Great, friendly service! We got a last minute reservation while in Houston for the World Cup and they were able to accommodate us. The car was clean, tank was full and the car was fully operational. Adrie, the branch manager, was warm, fast, helpful and informative on our reservation and communicative with any questions we had. If we ever find ourselves in Houston again and need a rental car, we will for sure return to Enterprise!

  Key the assistant manager was very professional. It was really busy however she managed to take care of everyone in a timely manner. She was very nice and had a lot of patience.

  Not great. The plus — staff was very kind. But they couldn’t solve problems. Didn’t have the size of car requested (which matters because insurance benefits are limited). Bluetooth of the car didn’t work. One tire was 10 psi overinflated. Another 8 psi under inflated. When I discovered these issues, they told me I had to take it to an NTB to get it fixed. I wanted to swap the car out instead. Nope. No vehicles available. They said it was my job to call around and find one or just call them back every day hoping something came in. Despite being open until 6, a staff member told me I would need to pick up a new car by 4 because after that it was too late to rent a car.

  Worst experience with a rental car agency ever . I made a reservation for a particular car two weeks prior. When we made the reservation, we requested delivery to our location, as it was offered. The day before our arrival we received and email stating they were understaffed and could not offer delivery, so I replied and agreed to pick up at the agency. When we arrived for our pick up, the car we had reserved was not available and instead we were confronted by a extremely rude manager offering us what ever they had available. I was told the car we wanted MIGHT be available two hours later. No costumer service at all at this location, no commitment to reservation requests, inadequate planning, poor management, lack of transparency and ownership (blaming it on me that I had not pick up a call to inform me that the car would not be available, when I was flying internationally for 14 hrs and of course could not get calls), and definitely no care for other’s schedule. You would think that if he had emailed me about the delivery, he could have also emailed to tell me the reservation would not be kept. We ended up taking our business elsewhere, but lessons learned never again doing business with enterprise.
