  I visited early May and rented a car here. Champ was amazing! He was so polite, efficient and had excellent customer service. He deserves a raise!

  There's a manager here by the name of Champ, and he's nothing but a Chump. He called me 30 minutes before my reservation pickup and tells me the car I booked is not available. Then gets offended when I asked him why I'm getting notified on such short notice, and cancels the contract/booking. This is the first time I've ever had a negative experience with Enterprise, and would suggest anyone looking to book not use this location.

  The staff, including Champ and Bria, were extremely friendly and helpful!! I will always go back whenever I need a rental car in Houston!

  Champ is amazing he got me set up in a rental car while my car is in the shop and when a better vehicle came in a few days later got me all set up. Highly recommend working with Champ.
