  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with Enterprise, and I especially want to recognize Miles for his exceptional customer service. He was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also makes you feel like they truly care about helping you. Miles is an incredible asset to Enterprise and absolutely deserves recognition for the way he treats his customers. I would definitely recommend this location, and if you get the chance to work with Miles, you’re in great hands. Thank you, Miles, for making the entire experience so easy and pleasant!

  I was disappointed with this rental experience. I reserved and paid for a Midsize SUV, but was given a Ford Escape, which seemed quite small for the category I had booked. I specifically questioned the employee about the vehicle because I was not convinced it was a Midsize SUV, and was simply told that it was a 5-seater. What made this even more confusing is that I previously rented from Enterprise in Austin and was given a Honda CR-V, which was noticeably larger than the Ford Escape I received this time. So I was surprised that the Escape was considered a Midsize SUV when a larger CR-V had previously been provided to me. The fuel level was also very disappointing. The tank was only just above empty when I received the car, approximately 100 miles to Empty. When renting a car, I expect to be able to get in and start my journey immediately, rather than having to find a gas station before I can properly set off. On top of that, the car did not appear to have been properly cleaned before I received it. The overall condition gave the impression that the vehicle had not been prepared to the standard I would expect from Enterprise. I have rented from Enterprise many times before and generally expected a better level of service. If I reserve and pay for a Midsize SUV, I expect to receive a vehicle that clearly corresponds to that category, with an adequate fuel level and a clean, properly prepared vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of my expectations.
