Why does this branch exist? Got a call from manager Adrie the day before I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle. Due to some issues, it was not going to be available at the agreed upon time. Unfortunate, understandable, but the manager then worked harder to avoid ownership of the mistake than fixing it. I ended up picking up the vehicle from the enterprise on Travis. The gentlemen there were professional and helped get us rolling.

Really great branch. Dealt with two different people, one for check in and one for check out and they were both lovely!

Very friendly manager. I always enjoy seeing her and talking with her as she makes sure my rental car experience is a good one. I have rented from this location at least a dozen times.
