  Received outstanding customer service today at this location which has been improving each time I’ve rented a car! Wish I got their names, but you can’t miss the two gentlemen near 7 ft tall with the lady probably under 5 feet. They were pleasant, accommodating and handling a rush of customers with ease, professionalism and efficiency. Much appreciated!

  I travel for work with a colleague and selected this enterprise because its the closet on that offers pick-ups and drop-offs. Unfortunately, on both bookings I have been unable to secure a pick-up for my reservation. Their location doesn have the staffing to actually offer the service, so prepare to find a way over. i also experienced complications with having my tax exempt info properly input despite having it reflected when I booked online. Myles the manager said that he would follow-up with me about a pick-up on my second visit but he did not and when i called I could not get through to a person, I was just on hold. When i arrived, they did not have a vehicle in the class I booked despite Myles saying so and the whole reason I came earlier.

  We arrived around 9am and were told they couldn’t assist us until 3pm without a reservation. I responded that I would go ahead and make a reservation, and was advised to just ensure it was for a standard car. After making a reservation for 9:30am and waiting in line again, we were only then told that even with a reservation, they still wouldn’t be able to help until 3pm. The in-store communication was misleading and frustrating. Additionally, the Enterprise website should better reflect actual store availability and realistic service times.

  Arrived in the morning at before 10 and was told that we couldn't get a car until 3 and that they would not allow the one way rental we booked.

  ASK FOR MIKE! For sure the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. I reserved for a car to be delivered to me at 7:30am 4/6. When confirming the reservation the Saturday before, they let me know there’s an hour window so I should be receiving the car between 7:30-8:30am which is fine, whatever. Around 8:10am the day the rental was to be delivered, I called to make sure everything was okay and the lady on the phone told me the car was getting washed and would be delivered to me in the next 15mins. Lies. By 8:45 I pull up to the location and I don’t end up receiving my car until 9:30am, it was never delivered, I had to pick it up….ridiculous Without Mike, my plans would have been ruined and I would definitely only be leaving 1 star. He did everything he could to make my experience so much better! He also followed up the day of my rental return to see what would be easiest way for me to return the car. Honestly, shoutout to Mike, I hope everyone can experience his wonderful customer service!! ⭐️ Enterprise ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Mike
