  Wish I could give more stars! ⭐️ 💫 you guys are amazing! The rental car was great at an affordable rate. Brandeon provided excellent customer service with a smile. And Trey deserves a raise! No line no wait.

  This review is long overdue and will be a little lengthy. I booked the reservation thru Expedia for 6-27-26 thru 7-7-26. I called the rental agency on my way there on 6-27 requesting a specific vehicle if they had it. I spoke to Bee Taylor and she said they didn't have one but may have one by the time I got there but she couldn't promise there would be one. When I arrived, the agency was very busy(they are always busy per Edward but this is also when the World Cup was in Houston not far from this facility) and Bee was so friendly and professional with each customer she dealt with. When it was my turn, I gave her my ID and she said-you were the one that called for a particular vehicle. She said it's nice to put a face with the name. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted but they put me in a 2026 Rav 4 with 10,000 miles. Because they were so busy, after Bee took care of her part with me, I had to wait a little while as everyone else did too. But she kept us all posted as to when we each would have our car. When it was time, Edward took me to my car and was extremely friendly and professional also as he showed me what I needed to know about the car and I signed the necessary documents with him. I returned the car 2 days early and when I pulled into the parking lot, Tyler was busy by the car wash area and he came to my car before I got it parked and greeted me when I parked. He took care of what needed to be taken care of for the turn in of the car. I asked about the young lady who had waited on me when I picked up the car and she outside washing one of the rental cars. I told her how much I appreciated the quality service I had received from every individual I had dealt with and she was humbly grateful. They all handled the large number of customers with a smile, professionalism and wonderful people skills. I would highly recommend renting from this facility! They are awesome! I saw no disgruntled or complaining customers even though we all had to wait for a while to get our cars. There just seemed to be a peaceful atmosphere in the place, even as busy as it was. There was another male employee I observed as he placed people in their cars also as Bee was thru them and he was courteous and friendly toward the clients also. I don't know his name as he didn't wait on me. Thank you again Bee, Edward and Tyler!!!!

  Made reservation for premium car, both car they put me in had problem, bad customer service, front acted i was the problem. Had to go to another locationi would give them no star, but the porter driver was nice.

  I would not recommend this establishment unless you’re okay with being charged for damages done by previous driver and or staff. My account was closed out weeks ago and was told that everything looked good I refilled the gas and turned the car back in great condition. I only drove locally Yet weeks later I got an email saying that I damaged the axle and that they would be charging me for wear and tear on on the tires. How could I possibly do that within four days? These people are refusing to answer. The staff went ahead and filed a claim under my insurance without notifying me before doing so. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and the BBB. Unethical practices, poor communication and what appears to be fraudulent claims. I Will be notifying my insurance company of this as well.
