  I came to Houston to visit MD Anderson Hospital. We landed on Monday the 24th and my husband was admitted on Tuesday the 25th. I returned the car on Wednesday morning. Cory the manager on duty(misplaced the card, I pray I am right with his name) was amazing and so very understanding. I could just barley remember my name or the date. He was very kind, which I appreciate so much. I was stressed and just wanted to get back to my husband. He helped me organize an Uber and his team in the office distracted me until I left. It was exactly what I needed in that moment. The people who work for a company they are what I would recommend.

  From the Enterprise shuttle driver Melcom , to the rental associate Roy Bunn and all the other Houston Hobby Airport Enterprise employees I had interaction with were courteous, professional and pleasant. I’m accustomed to good service from Enterprise, but this had to be the best to date. My rental was clean and appeared well maintained. The rate was excellent considering the level of vehicle I chose to rent. Returning the rental was smooth and seamless. The shuttle driver taking us back to the airport was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Well done Houston Hobby Enterprise!

  Every single person that we spoke to or encountered at this location was above and beyond kind, considerate, and professional. We had an issue with our reservation (not their fault at all) and the whole team helped to alleviate the stress of the whole situation and get us rolling as fast as possible. I can’t say enough good things about everyone that works at this Enterprise!

  Melcom Stampley provided excellent customer service during my shuttle ride after I returned my rental at the Enterprise location at Houston Hobby Airport. He was friendly, professional, and made the ride pleasant and stress-free. His positive attitude and helpful demeanor really stood out. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like Melcom representing their team. Thank you for a great experience!

  Everything with the rental was fabulous until the return at Hobby. I returned it early 4.30 am and the office was closed. The directions for after hours return were not clear at all. I first drove to the offsite rental return office which was closed and there was a sign saying drop it off at “our onsite location at the airport”. I am not familiar with Hobby airport and drove around in the dark trying to find where to drop off my rental. There was no signage for Enterprise rental returns anywhere! FYI - I went into Styx (?) returns to see if that was a possible drop off, but it wasn’t - there’s an $18 charge for just driving through their garage!!!! I also tried calling enterprise support and rental return is not an option at 4. 30 AM I eventually just went to National and apparently that is where I was supposed to drop it off. Please make sure after hour rental return directions are clear and completely idiot proof for those of us unfamiliar with the airports.
