    My husband has rented cars from this location in the past without any issues. Now that he is back in town and needs to rent a car, he is being told that he cannot rent simply because he is considered a “local.” This does not make any sense to us. If he is local and meets all the rental requirements, why is he not allowed to rent a vehicle? This is now the second time he has tried to rent a car. Both times, customer service told him that everything was fine before he went to the location. However, once he arrived, the employees gave him different excuses and refused to rent him a vehicle. The explanations they have given him do not make sense and are very frustrating. It is extremely disappointing to waste our time going to the location after being told by customer service that everything is okay, only to be turned away once we arrive. We would appreciate a clear and honest explanation of the rental policy and why my husband is being denied a rental

    Went to avis line was super long. Went to Enterprise there was no line. I had no reservation the ladies that helped me with the rental were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was on my way in about 10 minutes max with very nice car for a good price. Return was simple. Can't ask for much more. Ahh I found the card the lady gave me to call if I had a questions or problems...Miss Nyarah Thank you and to lady who checked me in as well.

    Outstanding experience with Enterprise at the Houston Hobby Airport location. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. A special thank you to our shuttle driver, Laura. Her kindness, upbeat attitude, and genuine warmth made our day after a long trip. Thank you for the excellent service!

    I prefer to drive a luxury sedan because that is what I drive at home. This is especially true when I am driving in an unfamiliar city. The last thing I want is to drive a large SUV on unfamiliar roads. This is why I RESERVED an Audi A3 or similar for my trip for my friend's wedding. When I arrived, the staff notified me that there was nothing in that vehicle class available despite me having RESERVED a car. They offered me an Audi SUV or a Toyota Corrolla, neither being what I RESERVED. I explained that I did not want to drive an SUV and that I explicitly RESERVED a luxury sedan because that is what I wanted to drive to the wedding. They said that was the only options available and I would have to choose one. When I objected they said they had a Mercedes that had just been returned, but they would have to upcharge me the difference. I asked if they could just give me that car for the price I RESERVED to accommodate my inconvenience, they refused. I asked to speak to the manager on duty, he refused to honor my RESERVATION as well. When I explained that it seems that the RESERVATION does not really mean anything, he responded by saying that this is correct. He explained that they only have to *try* and work with customers to accommodate RESERVATIONS, they are not necessarily required to honor them. I asked to speak to the general manager, but apparently he was too busy to be bothered with a customer issue. I ended up taking the Audi SUV because I did not have another option and standing in the Texas heat to continue debating the issue was making my wife uncomfortable. The manager on duty authorized a whole $15 discount for my trouble. Mind you this was not a $15/day discount, it was $15 total. Once I got the vehicle on the road, I noticed the damn thing pulls hard to the right on the highway. Great....a top heavy SUV on unfamiliar roads that pulls to one side. I am stuck with the car because I don't have time to be playing tag with their staff and switching out cars. Overall, I am supremely disappointed with the service that this location provided. If Enterprise's policy is to not honor RESERVATIONS and/or to not accomodate their inability to honor said RESERVATION, then I will never use Enterprise again.

    So thankful for Enterprise..❤️ I had a rental reservation with another company not mentioning names (but across the street from enterprise🫢) I walked in and am told by the agent they have no vehicles available and they could not help even though i had prepaid almost a month in advance 😭 So I go across the street to Enterprise and Phillip Shorts is there to save the day.. 🥰 I asked if they had a 7 passenger vehicle available like for right now as i had a road trip planned for my nephews graduation paety 🎉 and right away he said yes .. Phillip quoted me and we moved on with the rental process .. he explained the process, walked me to the vehicle and wished me a good day! Thank you Phillip for turning an almost disastrous day into a Great Day.. 😊 Blessings to you and the staff! 🙏
