  Quick response when I had a sudden rental need while getting a vehicle serviced in Houston. Markell Speights at the Enterprise location was courteous and prompt! I’ll use them again anytime.

  I’ve always rented from this location and have never had an issue until today. I had a reservation scheduled for noon, and I’m not sure why they allow reservations at noon if the store closes at noon. I arrived at 12:00 and the doors were locked, so I tried calling the store, but no one answered. Finally, an employee came out around 12:05. I politely explained that I had a reservation at noon and that I was already in the system. Instead of helping me or explaining the situation, he responded in a very angry tone, pointed at the time, and said, “We are closed,” before walking away to his vehicle. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to help with my reservation. I completely understand that businesses have closing hours, but if the location is closed at noon, I don’t understand why a reservation was available for that exact time. The way I was treated was also extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering I’ve rented from this location many times before without any problems. Not to mention he wouldn’t provide his name so I made sure to take pictures so I was able to report him for being very rude.

  Great service and easy drive up and close out time. No issues and car was great. Thank you to the 2 front desk associates that helps me with my rental. I will definitely be back.

  I was given the worst car on the lot...car did not want to back up most of the time when going forward it pulled hard to the right.... this car stayed parked more than driven i was afraid...it had so many dents and scratches I was embarrassed...I feel they owe me a whole free week....I attempted to call make complaint(run around) no one cared...been using enterprise for many years imagine the shock
