    I want to give a shout out to the representative that assisted me with my rental Kelse, the branch manager. I originally reserved at the Shadowbriar location and they didn't have an SUV available due to a recall. They sent me to the highway 6 location. From the moment I walked in (with a very active 2yr old) him and his associate greeted me with pleasantries. He offered what was available and went over everything in grave detail. He even offered to keep an eye on my grandson while I did my check out at the vehicle. Unfortunately, I had a blow out with the vehicle on the day I was to return it. First question he asked were me and those with me safe. He immediately apologized and made it right without me saying a word. He is a wonderful representative, he definitely will have my business for any future rentals. Please give him his flowers he truly knows the meaning behind exceptional customer service!!! Which this day in time is definitely hard to find.... 💯‼️
