  Customer service is good; however, the vehicle they're renting needs work and some of them makes it feel like unsafe for traveling.

  Enterprise accepted reservation for 12:00 yet they close at 12...when I got there at 12 they were already closed and made me wonder why they accepted 12pm knowing that they wl be closed. 3more people were also there with the same issue. I had to call and got referred to another site which was almost 30miles away (Tomball Enterprise), had to request Uber twice, lot of money I lost on uber. There too I found them just closed but the lady by the name Sia Ioane understood my problem and helped me very well...special thanx to her, she made my stressful day better. In few minutes I had the car and left. I gave 4stars because my husband always get a car there during week days with no issues, the weekend rental is the issue, they should not take 12pm reservation when closing at 12pm

  I don’t even know where to start… this tire completely failed in the worst way possible. The sidewall literally shredded apart — not a slow leak, not a small issue — a full-on dangerous blowout. This wasn’t just normal wear and tear. The damage shows serious structural failure. A tire should NEVER come apart like this under normal driving conditions. This could have easily caused a major accident. Extremely disappointed in the quality and reliability. I would not trust this brand again, especially for highway driving or in hot conditions. If you’re considering these tires, think twice. Safety should never be a gamble. And this location definitely will be held responsible!
