- SSSwillis4 days ago4.0I received the type of car that was reserved for my trip. Unfortunately, the van itself was not thoroughly cleaned in the interior. The very rear cupholders were dirty (remnants of spilled coffee and in the second row of captain’s chairs, there was popcorn under the seat, but I cleaned out anyway before returning the vehicle). The vehicle was great on gas, as I expected a hybrid should be. The staff was courteous and friendly. This was my first time at this particular Enterprise rental.

Turn In was equally as easy with the gentleman whose name I have forgotten but he was good too and gave me a ride to the dealership after I checked in.
