- CMCrystal MeesMar 11, 20261.0Understand what the insurance covers, understand what the car your renting is per day, even if they try to sweep you out the door, as they did myself and make sure you document all of that. I was put in a car that was above my insurance and they wont give me my money back for nondisclosure of the car. Claiming how didnt I know. I wasnt told and they took more money for taxes. The manger stated, had he been their he could of helped more but he wasnt not sure what him being their would of done, if he didnt handle the renting process, so protect yourself before renting from here. Some have no option to choose to rent elsewhere, like I did and now I'm 100 plus out of money that could have been used for my family in today's economic.
