  1-Star Review My experience with Enterprise was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I noticed an unknown transaction charged to my card, so I called Enterprise to ask for a clear explanation of what the charge was for. Instead of providing basic customer service, the representative hung up on me. When I called back to resolve the issue, my call was denied and sent straight to voicemail. That is beyond unprofessional, especially when a customer is calling about an unauthorized or unexplained charge involving their bank card. This situation has made me lose trust in Enterprise. A company handling customers’ payment information should be transparent, responsive, and respectful — not dismissive, evasive, or impossible to reach when there is a billing concern. I would not recommend Enterprise based on this experience. If you use them, watch your card closely, check every transaction, and be prepared for poor customer service if you need answers. This appears to raise concerns under the Fair Credit Billing Act, the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and possibly unauthorized card-use laws, depending on whether Enterprise can prove this charge was valid and authorized

  I needed a rental while my car was in the shop. This location had a fair price and friendly staff. I was happy.
