  I can't say enough great things about the Enterprise location at 911 Walker St., especially Miles! From the moment I walked in, he treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. He was patient, attentive, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. When I wasn't happy with the vehicle that had been selected for me, he didn't hesitate for a second—he immediately found another option and switched my rental on the spot with a smile. He never made me feel like I was being difficult. Instead, he made sure I left completely satisfied. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find. Miles has an amazing attitude, excellent communication skills, and a true commitment to taking care of customers. He represents Enterprise exceptionally well and is the kind of employee every company hopes to have. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine desire to help did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Miles, for making my experience such a positive one. You absolutely deserve recognition—and in my opinion, a well-earned raise! I'll definitely be returning to this location because of the outstanding service I received.

  I would not recommend renting from this company. My experience has been nothing but frustrating from start to finish. I was owed a $300 deposit, but instead of returning it all at once, they decided to split it into two separate payments. So far, I’ve only received $91, and I’m still waiting for the rest of my money. There has been no clear explanation, and trying to get answers has been a nightmare. I’ve contacted the office multiple times and even reached out to the corporate office, but all I’ve gotten is the runaround. No one seems willing to take responsibility or help resolve the issue. If you’re thinking about renting here, be very careful with your deposit. Keep every receipt, document, and email because you may have to fight to get your money back. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and better customer service than this. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. This entire situation has been unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
