  I picked the car up on a Friday afternoon and it was raining really bad. I had to receive the car in a darkly lit parking garage next door. What i couldn't see in the dark was that the car was visablly dirty in the driver, passenger and rear seats, which was really disappointing. Why would you rent out a dirty car?! When I returned it on Monday morning, the young lady said that all they do is vacuum the car. They do not clean/shampoo the seats or the hard surfaces. Again, my question is if you knew the car was visablly dirty, why would you rent it out to a customer? I certainly won't rent again.

  The most terrible experience ever. I have been renting with Enterprise for long, but this time when I was about to pick up my car from this location, I got a call an hour before my pickup time saying no car available. It was late in the afternoon and I had a plan driving to San Antonio for my hotel that night. I was stranded and wandering on the street for an hour before finding a car available with Hertz. Imagine I couldn't find a car ...

  Didn’t have the SUV I rented and didn’t tell me before. Just said when I got there we have to take a small car instead and have no other options. Had to drive a long way with a lot of people in a small car. Horrible.

  Excellent service from the moment I pick up the car to the day I delivered. One of the best car rental experiences. The front desk agent was wry welcoming. She knew all the details of the car I was renting. Overall an amazing experience. I’m happy to recommend this location.
